I have been reaching out NUMEROUS times... left 3-4 VM's over a 2 month time span. My pap came back abnormal and I have NOT been able to connect with anyone for a followup appointment.

I booked an appointment for Physicians & Midwives office... before logging in it showed me 1 specialist had a lot of availability, but once I logged in all the availability had turned into unavailable.

Great experience. I did not have to wait that long to see my doc.

Doc Doc is so easy to use I WISH MORE PROFESSIONALS HAD THIS TOOL. I like that I can cancel too and don't have to worry about someone getting the message

Zocdoc makes it possible for me to schedule an appointment same day and I feel confident the physician I am visiting will be able to help me. The reviews, pictures, and background information provided in each profile makes it a breeze to select a physician

My appointment was correctly made and confirmed. What I was not happy about was the ongoing emails. I deal with enough email that truly needs my attention. The amount of emails from you grew to be more than I want to deal with over simple matters such as doctor's appointments. In fact if the unwarranted emails continue I will block the address and stop using your service.

I've been using zocdoc for years and I just love it! It's very reliable and easy to navigate. Not to mention zocdoc gave me a gift card for Amazon because my appointment was canceled because of insurance reasons. It wasn't a big deal, but they wanted to make up for it. Now THATS customer service. Thank you!

Thank you for your service, it has helped me so much. But I wish you had more of a presence in S. Calif as that is our second home.

Initially, the ZocDoc experience was great. I was able to make my appointment on line and complete all the necessary forms prior to the appointment. However, when I arrived, I quickly discovered that none of the completed forms were received by the medical office so I had to complete all the paperwork again.

Easy, fast. I like they do confirmations automatically

After finding a doctor that accepts my insurance, thanks to ZocDoc, they scheduled an appointment for me and sent me a notice with all the information I needed.

Very simple and easy very helpful and the doctor i went to is very perfessional she will be my regular thanks to zoc doc i really do love this website the first website i went to that actually do what they advertise help you find a medical proffessional close to you that takes your medcaid and i have wellcare so if you have wellcare you understand.

It was very convenient and they called to speak to the receptionist when I complained about filling out so many papers when I got there. Would use again. Much better than being put on their usual hold!
