I thought it was a scam... something so time consuming and annoying filling out all that paper work in a waiting room full of sick people. Them making copy's of everything. My day is over by the time i leave.
Now, I just fill everything online. Preregister Copy's everything! It couldn't be easier.

One of the most disappointing referring services. I paid $3000 for the leads' referral and so far in 3 months got only 2 referrals that wasted my time. NO surgery conversion at all. Buyer beware!
I love the concept of ZocDoc. However, I have attempted to make an appointment through ZocDoc Dr. Scott Caesar twice with little with little success. The appointment dates and times and sites do not coincide with schedule. ZocDoc website verifies the appointment as being made, but I will then receive a call from the doctors office stating that the appointment site and time are wrong on the website and would I like to change my appointment. Again, the convenience of making an appointment on ZocDoc would be great if it only worked properly.
After doing all the background work at home prior to my visit, the whole "new patient"experience was so easy!

Dr Hendriks works hard to do a good and proper job.
The promise was that I would be able to eat "anything when I am done with the program. I realize I am not yet altogether implant wise. But just having learned of denture chewing efficiency being only at %20. I work hard at it and that's not very good at eating "anything".
I say, I am bummed at that eating ability level. Trying to chew is very slow and tiring.
Somehow I don't think I am the only one with this experience. The Dr. s office staff has told me that I am.
Can't trust ZocDoc! Scheduled appt on ZocDoc with a particular doctor at a specific location. Appt confirmed. When I arrived for my appt was given a different doctor. The doctor I'd scheduled on ZocDoc wasn't even at that location!
WTF? I will never use ZocDoc again.

We were out of town and I needed to get on the schedule of a very busy doctor. Was able to do this, pick my day, time and location without hanging on the phone forever. Appointment was made and confirmed within 10 minutes! Will use again!
Today, its my very first time to book at Zocdoc. I have some problem with my ear and I couldnt get doctors that fits my schedule because i work 9 to 5. Finally, for the first time i saw a 5:50 schedule. I called their offce just to be sure, but then the guy said this has been booked 2 days ago. I was confused. And i asked him why is this happening and so what will happen if i had booked this and there 2 people in it? He said then if ever someone booked it and i will also book it, they will just call me to let me know. I mean this is sad. Why would Zocdoc show available and its not. Anyways, i booked it still, like a min ago, and I still got a confirmation. Tried it anyway incase the other person will cancel. Will see tomorrow if indeed there are conflicts.

We used ZocDoc to make our appointment with Dr, Bryan Calvo. The office was extremely resposive to the website.
I made a appointment to see a dermatologist at Derm One and I received a quicker appointment than I thought I would. The doctor was changed when I got there but the visit time was for about 10 min. I would use this website more often because I wouldn't be on hold on the phone anymore.
I was able to find a wonderful provider who is in network and very close to home through this wonderful site! I had difficulties finding doctors accepting new patients on my insurance provider's site. I will always search ZocDoc first from now on!
I would recommend the service of ZocDoc highly. The whole experience was so positive.
