Scheduling my appointment through Zoc Doc was so easy and quick. Follow up was another pleasant experience. I hope to bypass scheduling by overwhelmed office staff and use Zoc Doc whenever possible.

The method of getting my ZocDoc login code by phone doesn't work if you don't have a cell phone. So, you lost me, because I didn't have one to work with.

The first and last time I used this way to make my apmt, when I went to the dr office they told me that I don't have any apmt schedule, it was terrible It was raining and I have my 5 years old son and my newborn baby with me.

I found a great dentist through ZocDoc. I was able to narrow him down through location, insurance and patient comments.

So far, I've used ZocDoc twice to schedule for appointments and the experience both went well. It's also nice that this website is like the "avvo.com" of doctors and your able to review as well as look at reviews of said doctors. The only "issue" I've had is that for one appointment, the doc's receptionist didn't accept the downloadable forms from ZocDoc and that I still had to fill in an application.

Finding a good doctor and making appointments are easy with this site. I am new to the site but so far it has proven to be a very effective tool in which to find doctors, make appointments and more.

Made contact requesting a Dentist in my area that accepted Delta Dental insurance and they recommend a fantastic Doctor who takes the time to do things right and really seems to know what he's doing. I was so impressed that I now have my whole family going to see him and like how they are treated here as well! Good job Zocdoc! I can't thank You enough!

So easy to find medical professionals, see reviews and schedule appointments online. No waiting on hold and easy to view appointment options. I love it and I'm a senior citizen!

I scheduled an appt through Zoc Doc then changed it to an earlier date. Somehow, Zoc Doc only had the later appointment logged and when I went to the earlier appoint the doctor's receptionist only had record of the later appointment.

It's very good idea to book appointment using ZocDoc.
I save a lot of time using this way.

I love being able to go online to schedule my appointments and not have to call, be placed on hold, then schedule. The only issue I had was completing my medical background online and getting to the doctor's visit and them telling me they didn't have the information I had already completed. If the information was sent over to the doctor ahead of time, I would have given it 5 stars.

I've tried to find doctor's on this site that accept Illinois medicaid. Whenever the list of doctor's are populated and you click on their profile, I get the "doctor is not in your network". What is the point of using the insurance type as part of the search when the information is inaccurate.

I love Zocdoc. A lot of doctors are found and it's easy to book any appointment. I like to read feedback and get and idea in advance about how is the attention I'm going to get.

I now have a great lineup of doctors that are kind and truly amazing. I appreciate Zoc Doc so much!

First of all, the appointment was set for 30 ahead of what I put in. Then, once that was "fixed," the information did not make it to the doctor's office. When we went in for the appointment, they were not expecting me. They had not heard of the appointment request.
