This was the first time I used ZocDoc. It was convenient, I had all my forms filled out before my appointment. I got choices of days and times to choose from. Highly recommend this service.
Having a chronic condition with dual residency, quality Doctors matter. The clinic in Suprise Arizona has an amazing staff from the reception greetings with smiles and conversation (not all business, yet professional), to the Doctors Assistant again smiles, cheerful attitudes while being very detailed. Lastly the two doctors, Dr Hughes, Dr. Kearns show compassion, listen more than they talk (don't have a Doctor God complex). These Doctors both have very upbeat positive demeanor, quickly establish specialist referrals, and address each concern I stated, as well as their concerns, with a clearly understood action plan.
I would send my sick mother here, knowing she would be in good hands, Quality Matters!

Zodiac makes it very easy to schedule and keep track of medical appointments. Also, due to patient reviews, I have discovered 3 excellent doctors.
Because of Zoc Doc I don't have to call and go through the hassle and wait for making appointments.

ZocDoc is a FANTASTIC idea...! I like the way, things were handled.! All the info is there, when you arrive at your appointment... Everything, is smooth as silk...!
I negatively reviewed a doctor who deserved every word I said and more. He personally called me no less than 10 times and literally BEGGED me to have ZocDoc remove my review. Not until he had made as many amends as he could to improve a bad situation did I agree to call. And only then did I find out that a review cannot be amended, as it can with Yelp, if the doctor does what this particular one did (at least tries to make improvements). It can only be deleted. What good does THAT do? The error was still horrendous and definitely was made by the doctor, and it's just as important for someone who wants to know about this guy and his practice to know that if he does something wrong he at least tries to make it right. That is a full, honest, authentic "review". I'll never use this service again - I'm a Yelper for life. RIDICULOUS.
This is the most efficient way to make appointments, no longer to I need to come in an hour early just to get paperwork filled in or bring all my information. The offices have most info and you just have to do new patient registry. I also like that you can see full doctors profile and their appointment times.
I wish the site had better ways to filter doctors locations by distance/public transportation. Maybe, incorporate Google Maps, so you can see the doctors that are close to an address (work, home, school)
I've had very painful experiences in the pass, until now, I was treated with much respect, the staff was very professional and the doctors showed concern with my fears, made sure I was comfortable. To my surprise everything was done in a short time & painless. THANK YOU.

My experience has been excellent. The staff was courteous & timely. The Dr. was kind, warm and possessed great bed side manner.
You can find a doctor with all the criteria to have a more effective plan of treatment less visit experimenting with practices when you know what you need and fast zoc doc delivers many options in many locations

Dr Mandanipour is a very knowledgeable and dictated Doctor and the ease of getting the apointment with ZOC DOC wade it a much more pleasant experience.
