A lot of the docotrs cancel appoitments

I love Zoc Doc, it makes my life so much easier being able to schedule appointments online and submit medical information to the doctors office instead of sitting and doing it in the office. Plus they have the best customer service ever. One of my appointments I made, the doctor's office had changed the time. Zoc Doc noticed this and sent me an amazon gift card even though it wasn't even their fault. They're awesome. Enough said.
It is very easy to make Dr appointments and cancel appointments with ZocDoc. I like making appointments because it shows all the times that the Dr is available on a particular day.

Being able to view available openings works so well with planning my day around my children. There have been many times over the years when I have needed a last minute appointment and it has been a lifesaver to be able to set up a time at my convenience. I wish all doctors used this service!
I have used zoc doc. 3 times since retirement from Louisiana. They give you a list of different doctors for different ailments. With all there credintals listed they need this in Louisiana..
I made an appointment with a physician which didn't register. I called Zoc Doc and a lovely woman checked the problem and helped me to set another one. Good work!

It was easy to get my appointment and fill new patient information at the portal. Which expedited my checking in process at the doctor's office.
Using Zoc Doc is easy. You don't have to hang on the phone. You make your appointment, let them know in advance what's ailing you, and come to the office at the appointed time.

I loved how easy it is to make my own appointment with my doctor then upon arrival let her staff know that I filled out my form ahead of time. You know that form you have to fill out each time? Done. Then, I just wait the very short time it takes for me to be called back to see the doctor. Simple. Easy. Fast. I love it.
