Making a doctors appointment has never been so easy. Plus, I love reading the reviews so that I have an idea of what to expect.
I found the best psychiatrist on zoc doc to help me with my GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) he was like a counselor as well a psychiatrist and explained everything about the medications to me using a dry erase board. Really great Doctor, his name is Harrison Levine.
Very positive and love being able to do doctor required medical history from my computer instead of in the doctor's office. Only wish all doctors were using ZocDoc. Appointment scheduling is great too.
ZocDoc is a very easy way to schedule appointment with doctor.
Incredibly easy to book an appointment, prompt response when it had to be rebooked (actually ended up being a more convenient time), and they gave me an Amazon gift card because of the rebook. Definitely the first place I go when I need to find any doctor.
ZocDoc let's you sit in the receptionist's seat, see appointment availability, and choose when you want to see the doctor without having to wait on hold, wait until the office open the next day, or wait for anything else. Couldn't be better!
Having moved to a new area and not knowing any doctors in the region, ZocDoc was very a helpful and convenient resource in making my first appointment. It was good to receive a reminder beforehand, too.
I was having trouble finding GP and several specialists in the crowded Central Florida market, letting alone negotiating complexity of new health insurance. Zoc Doc makes it really easy; I found outstanding doctors quickly, got appointments quickly, and received a lot of guidance on making sure my search stayed within insurance network. I found this site a godsend.
The ZocDoc website is easy to navigate and is far preferable for making appointments than waiting on hold. On one occasion the doctor's office had to reschedule my appointment, and the ZocDoc customer service team was very proactive to make sure I was not inconvenienced. Highly recommended!

I moved house and had huge issues finding an OB and a Dentist. ZocDoc made it really easy for me and found doctors in my area. They also gave me a $5 amazon voucher when my appointment time got changed by the dentist. I also recommended ZocDoc to my colleague and she said it was the best thing ever. Thank you!
I really like using ZocDoc to search for my healthcare providers. I get the information I need, in a timely fashion, and I have had nothing but the best outcomes with the doctors and dentists I have seen. Definitely recommend this site to everyone!
The office never received my appointment so I had to reschedule.
I've now made 3 appointments using ZocDoc. I'm pleased with the experience overall- much easier scheduling and access that I'm used to. One improvement I would like to see is a better integration of patient information into provider forms. If I enter all my personal information into the ZocDoc App, would be great to not have to fill out so much paperwork at the office. I haven't seen providers taking advantage of this as of yet.
Very easy site. Great for those who don't want to wait on the phone for an appt.

The many E-mails I receive from ZocDoc do not identify which of my doctors is associated with it.
