I had been searching a doctor that was my fit and when I signed up with zoc.com, it took no time and I was set up to what I was looking for. Dr. Okeke is an a awesome doctor, she cares about her patients and knows exactly what their needs are. It may take awhile to see her but that's because each patient gets her undivided attention.

So much easier and more convenient than leaving voicemails to assistants and waiting to get a call back, whether for an initial appointment or to reschedule something. Well done xocdoc, such an essential tool; we needed you badly. And thanks to the doctors who are using the system.

I always use zocdoc when searching for a doctor for myself and family members. I would recommend this site as a first stop prior to doing other searches for medical care. Very efficient and they have a great selection of medical professionals.

Extremely annoying.
Why do I get several emails?
Why s/ I have to confirm several times?
Why do I continue to receive reminders after I confirm?
Why does this system think I won't show up unless it keeps reminding me.

I love zoc doc as it provides my doctors schedule and sends reminders. Such an efficient way to make appt without calling the office and spending wasted time trying to secure the right date and time

I have used ZocDoc several times and have been very pleased. I searched for doctors in my area who had excellent ratings and favorable comments and have been pleased with each of them. Excellent service.

Great experience. Went on line and made an appointment with a Doctor that was recommended by a friend.

The website is easy to use. The best part is that I don't have to wait in queue for a long time when calling the doctor's office for an appointment. I can see exactly when he is available and can then schedule easily.

I trust ZocDoc to make finding a doctor on my insurance plan and booking my first appointment. It makes life extremely easy to just have a list of all doctors supporting my insurance just instantly available, and then book the appointment and even fill out all my initial paperwork online beforehand! Then, you can rate the individual doctors and look at reviews. Seriously, best thing ever.

I left a bad review and then had someone call me to follow up on it and apologize for my experience, and they told me they were going to send me an amazon card, but never received anything.

Why call and said you will send someone and never do?

I was suffering from severe ear pain and able to see an ent on that very day. Got what I needed.

I was won over when a rep called me about a complaint I had regarding a lengthy wait time at the doctors office. To apologize for something not Zoc Doctors fault theubgave me an amazon gift card which helped me get a needed book for school.

So far, I've found ZocDoc easy to use and I've had no problem finding the doctor of practice that I need. Lookup is easy and I like the fact that you can make your appointment right online. This is much better than calling in the office, I think it is great!

I like using both ZocDoc website & the app especially because of the fact that I can set my own appointments without having to call the doctor's office to set up the appointment. I also like the fact that it sends you an e-mail to give you 1 week reminder & another reminder on the day before of your appointments.

Think this is a great idea. I have used it on a number of occasions and love it.
