I've been having trouble navigating my account, but one phone call to the customer service was more than enough to solve my problems, the representatives are helful and very understanding, i'll definetly come back to the platefrom in the future.

The experience was better than I imagined. A great resouce when looking for your next job. Couldn't be happier with the end product.

I use any to create job applications for both of my sons. I love the many template options and recommendations that are provided to create a resume that stand out while creating an opportunity show their unique personalities. Once once the boys submitted their applications to various jobs, they received phone calls the very day they submitted their application. I am happy to say both of them were hired the following day after submitting their applications! Customer service is also very helpful, pleasant to speak with and accommodating. I would recommend ready to just about everyone who is searching or changing occupations.

This website is excellent. I was able to formulate and edit my resume with ease. Zety offers excellent templates that made my resume look expensive and professional. I used zety to land an amazing job with an event production company which lead to meeting and working with some very cool companies and celebrities.

Absolutely terrible customer service and technical support. I have been paying $6.99 USD for months now and recently I can't download any of my resumes as an error message pops up stating that I need to "renew my plan". I have all receipts available to show I've paid my monthly subscription fee. Zety's response… "we'll give you 12 hours of free premium service so you can download your resumes". This does nothing as I can't even access the premium site, again the same message pops up, nor does it fix the issue I'm having with this Classic site. Close to 10 (or more) e-mails have been sent to support and every one of their responses has been automated with a "we'll respond within 24-48 hours" and "we have escalated your issue". Two weeks later and still nothing! My resumes are being held "hostage". I'm very dissatisfied in their level of professionalism along with technical knowledge of their own product. Very, very frustrating. I would not recommend them.

I was cancelling my subscription and Carlos made sure to highlight all of the features of Zety that would be worth staying as a customer. He nearly made me change my mind! He was very polite, helpful and professional and does his job well. Nice work, Charlie, and thank you(=

The site is extremely functional and user friendly. I had no trouble at all getting my resume set up the way I wanted.

Wow! Finished my first resume on Zety. Had a download issue and called them. Not only did James remove the download barrier, he took pride in MY resume and offered to clean it up per the algorithm that wasn't quite at 100%! I I said yes.
