The Experience of making CVs on this website is very good. As a working professional is easy to pay the monthly subscription but for students it'll a bit costly considering they'll get to know about this website in the second or third year. So if the prices could be a little less it would be a fantastic no brainer.

I tried using Zety earlier this Month. Eventually I paid for what I thought was a once off fee to download my resume. Today, I got a bank notification of an amount i did not authorize.
I even forgot who Zety was until I googled. I cancelled the subscription immediately. I even called my bank to report fraud because I did not signup for a monthly subscription. What is even disappointing is that this auto-renewal fee is 10 times the once off fee. Who want to maintain such an expensive subscription for something used probably once every year? Now I would like my refund. Can I please have my money refunded.

Zety claimed they refunded me $23.95 on June 12, but no refund was received. My bank confirmed nothing came through. Zety refuses to provide proof or transaction ID. This seems fraudulent. Avoid this service.

I initially signed up for a 14-day trial (September 5–19,2024) solely to edit my resume, using the service only once on September 5,2024. After that, I never logged in again. However, in May 2025, I discovered that my credit card had been charged continuously since the trial ended—without my knowledge or consent. When I contacted Zety's support team via email, they only refunded the most recent charge ($11.85) and ignored my request for a full refund for the unauthorized charges. Since then, they have not responded to my emails.

I used your site on 17 March 2025 to update my CV, and a payment of R39.95 was made as a once-off payment for the 14-day trial. Today (31 March 2025), my account was debited for R385.00 without me agreeing to a subscription. Further to this, the fact that we are using your site to build a CV to get a job means we are unemployed and do not have a lot of money for a subscription of this nature. Please refund my R385.00 with immediate effect, as I did not agree to a monthly subscription from you, and this is a scam. I have seen many reviews of people that have experienced the exact same problem, to which your replies state that they were refunded.
