4. Once you've checked the box, you'll be able to click the cancellation button without any problems.

Terrible, do not use!

This platform is terrible; it feels like a scam! The subscription cancellation didn't go as expected after the trial, and I was unknowingly charged for months. I requested a refund because there was no activity on my account, but they did not show any willingness to provide a refund. It is genuinely frustrating to deal with such a dishonest and inflexible organization. They did not even respond to my last email.

This service is a scam

I used this service in august fir a few days after purchasing the service in 1.7$. Stoped using it and was amazed to see two charging of 25.7$ each month - why don't you send a notification that the service was automatically started again! And why as if i wanted to use it i would select this option - wrote to the customer service with no responce.

Online Fraud. Thieves

There's no way that I can cancel the subscription by myself and I call my bank. Now I have to change my bank details. I Had to order a new credit card and individually inform all my associates and clients. Nightmare! There is no possibility for unsubscribing. And their advertised price of $5.75 per month turned out to be misleading. After my trial ended, they charged me 25 eur instead and did that three times, With my stolen 75 eur I wish your boss to buy medicines for his children!

It's a scam! They will charge you for subscription which you did not want or authorize without providing any bill or invoice. It's not possible to cancel the subscription on their website and nobody picks the phone when you want to call their customer service. I will demand a full refund and if it's not granted I will take legal actions.

Scammers

Scammers! I used their site only once in 2020 and since then without me noticing they have been charging me 24.7$ each month to amount of 1000$ without me even using their service. They haven't sent any email or message and their taking money.
I'm about to arrange a public lawsuit unless they will pay me back.

Paid not free

Nothing comes without a cost; they falsely claim to be free. After you finish crafting your entire CV, they request a fee for downloading it. They offer a text file for free download, which is quite ironic. If you have a paid subscription, it should be prominently advertised on the main page, but they choose not to. Instead, they let people invest time and, in the end, demand payment, causing frustration and coercing them into paying. It's indeed a clever psychological tactic.

There's no way you could cancel the subscription yourself and have to call them. When asked to remove the credit card information, they said they don't have that information in their server and sent a page that is too generic. Had to order a new credit card. And their advertised price of $5.75 per month turned out to be misleading. After my trial ended, they charged me $23 instead. Stay away.

Dark pattern subscriptions

This is one of those platform that will do everything it can to bill you something without you realising.
You'll pay a very attractive one time payment and in very small it says that you'll then be billed automatically every month an absurd fee.

The features aren't even that great, the cost is absurd for what it offers. I'll never use this one again.

I gave Zety a try for its resume-building and career services. While the platform itself offers a range of attractive features, my experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Upon realizing that the subscription was not meeting my expectations, I promptly sent an email requesting the cancellation of my account and unsubscribing from their services. To my surprise, I received no response whatsoever. Concerned about the lack of acknowledgment, I decided to send a follow-up email in hopes of getting some clarity on the matter. Unfortunately, the follow-up email also went unanswered.

This complete lack of communication from their customer support team has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It is my hope that Zety addresses this issue and places a stronger emphasis on providing timely and attentive customer support in the future.

No replies to my emails, no one picks up the call. I have been trying to cancel my subscription as soon as the free trial was finished by guess what you can't. I assumed I had already cancelled my subscription and then I get a notification stating that Zety has taken so-so$ from my account. Imagine my shock when I had already assumed it was cancelled. Since then I have tried contact their support and their has been no response from their side at all.
I saw them responding to some reviews here so I am hoping they do the same for me. This is causing undue stress and its about time it ends.

Fradulent service!

I got the 14 Day Full access for $2.70 on August 17 2022, I cancelled it on August 30th (1 day before trial expires) and assumed it was cancelled. After 11 months I when I was going thru my credit card statement I realized a charge of $23.70 for the past 11 months by Zety. I tried contacting them and they were not helpful at all. After repeated calls they agreed to refund 3 months amount. What about the other 8 months? I tried contacting the Bank as well to dispute but they said I needed proof of cancellation and ofcourse I did not receive a cancellation email from Zety. No where during the 14 day Full access it was mention that they would charge me afterwards and that too $23.70! Total SCAM, don't fall for it.

First of all, English is not my native language. I'm just a developer from China who wants to build a simple resume using that website. I may not express my self as clear as I think.

On 7.29/2023, I started a 2-week trial of Zety. That means subscription is from 2023/07/29 to 2023/08/12. After subscribing for this 2-week trial, I didn't receive any e-mail of informing me of a auto subscription of next month. I never expected to be scammed. Today I received a $23.7 bill for subscription for 2023/08/13 to 2023/09/09.

You got to be kidding me! And I can only contact the customer through e-mail, (I don't have a US phone number), I don't know when will they respond to be.
