Between my daughter and myself, we have ordered around 5 pairs of glasses through Zenni. It has been such a positive experience, and it has saved me so much money.

I had a lot of trouble with getting my order. First the prescription was wrong (my error), customer service was extremely helpful with getting it corrected. However USPS failed to deliver my reorder and apparently lost the glasses. Customer service came in again to help by making a 3rd pair and sending it out again, which I finally received. The fit and lenses are great and I'm so happy to finally have the order fulfilled.
My glasses are a perfect fit and super comfortable. I will be buying again soon. It only took about a week to get them. It was a easy process.

Check the BBB. If you just want a cheapo set of single vision glasses, great. If you want to be able to see out of them... not so much. They used to have good quality control and sent you your actual prescription. Now it is a 50/50 on if you will be able to see, and a $50%/$50% on who pays if u can't.
Once I got all my measurements, just picked my frames and received 2 great pairs of glasses.
Now I'm ordering more, because they are light weight, fit great and are so economical. I able to order some extras to have around in case my dog eats another pair! She has gotten 4 pair so far, Thank goodness for Zenni!
I have been having problems for years with my eyes and received the type of glasses that are lightweight and different styles I have astigmatism and I need something that looks cute you know that I have to wear all day and all night I'm also losing my reading site so the bifocals are like extremely awesome so I was able to get my reader glasses separately something fashionable and cute and get my regular glasses for driving in the daytime and at night so awesome I love them so much
She received her purple glasses right on time. She loves them and is very happy with the Blue Bolkz I had put on there because her school uses chromebooks most of the time. I definitely recommend Zenni to everyone I know. These glasses are high quality without the high price.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. As we stated in our response to your Better Business Bureau complaint, we were sorry to read that you cannot see as well with these eyeglasses as you can with the pair in the same prescription and same prescription type that you ordered in May 2021.
Consequently, we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result.
These mid-range workspace progressive glasses were delivered to you on August 13,2022, according to the U.S. Postal Service website.
This means that your order is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.
Therefore, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and please provide your order number, o4140343937, to the customer service representative who answers.
Please advise that you cannot see objects past three feet away, which is the vision distance provided by near-range workspace progressive eyeglasses, whereas mid-range workspace progressive eyeglasses should provide good vision up to at least 10 feet away.
When you confirm that you entered the prescription and pupillary distance (PD) the same way as you did on your May 5,2021, order, o3783539386, and advise that you would like to return these eyeglasses to us for an inspection, the customer service representative will email you instructions to return the glasses to us for an inspection, and they will also email you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage.
When we have received and inspected the glasses, we will email you the inspection results. If we find any manufacturing errors on the glasses, we will offer to remake them for you for free. If we find no manufacturing errors on the glasses, we can return them to you or offer you one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the credit card you used to pay for the order.
