I'm glad you have this service. I have been having issues with the normal eyeglass maker and had to send the glasses they made back 3 times. After yours arrived I told them I just want a refund.
I was pleased with my glasses frames and the one lens for distance. The other lens for reading isn't satisfactory, but I am not sure if it is bc something was off with the prescription or not. Thus I take off my glasses to read.
