Shipping was fast, it was estimated 7-14 days and arrived in 9 days.My new glasses look great on me and feel good quality very happy with my purchase. Fits to perfection and are almost invisible. Love Zenni glasses.

Third order... mixed feelings

I made a mistake in my first order and canceled it immediately (I thought they looked gray but after I ordered I saw they said "green".) Instead of just getting a refund I got store credit which stunk. The next order didn't use the credit, either it wasn't posted yet or I didn't know how to use it or something... which stunk. The third order I am wearing now and they work. I am not sure I got the PD right and they are a little tight but that's OK, I guess. I like the price and you have tried very hard to make the process work, but your credit policy stinks. Also, I joined your rewards system after my order and now, although I have spent about $80 on these two orders, I, apparently, have no rewards. Kinda stinks.

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the most recent order for bifocal eyeglasses you placed with us.

We were sorry to read that you made a mistake on your first order regarding the color of the frame. You realized that you ordered a green frame when you had wanted a gray frame, so you canceled order o4957344398, for a full store credit refund, $41.08, which we issued on the same date you placed the order, August 5,2022.

We were also sorry to read that you were unaware that this store credit refund was in your Zenni account when you placed your next order, o4957348343, on August 6,2022, and instead of your store credit, you used your credit card to pay for this order.

Nevertheless, we were happy to see that you used your store credit toward the payment of your next order, o4989290402, placed on August 18,2022, for one pair of bifocal glasses, in full-rim, rectangular, stainless-steel, graphite colored frame 3217012, with a frame width of 140 millimeters.

It is good to know that these eyeglasses are working well for you, although we were sorry to read that the fit of the frame is a little tight.

We were also sorry to read that you have not yet qualified for our Rewards program, but we believe that you will qualify for it soon.

Second pair

This was the second pair of prescription sunglasses that I've purchased. I was very pleased with the first pair. However, the most recent pair I received is very different. It's almost as if the prescription is off. I had to stop wearing them due to headaches. Is there a return policy?

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the most recent order you placed with us for single-vision, polarized gray sunglasses, in full-rim, rectangular, plastic, black frame 129521, with blue highlights and a frame width of 138 millimeters.

We were sorry to read that the prescription does not seem to be correct in these sunglasses, and we apologize for any dismay you experienced as a result.

Your previous order for single-vison polarized gray sunglasses, o4143424137, placed on September 11,2021, has a different pupillary distance (PD) and prescription from the PD and prescription you used for your order o4959807761.

We understand that you may have received a new prescription from your eye doctor, and your eye doctor may have remeasured your PD.

Your order o4959807761 was placed on August 6,2022, and according to the U.S. Postal Service website, it was delivered to you on August 15,2022, which means that it was within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered, when you posted your review.

Therefore, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you when you provide the order number, o4959807761.

Please have a copy of the prescription handy when you call, because the customer service representative who answers will ask you to confirm that you entered the prescription correctly on the order.

If the PD is not on the prescription, please be prepared to advise how it was obtained – self-measurement, friend or family member measurement, or eye doctor measurement.

If it turns out that you entered the prescription and PD correctly, we will invite you to return the sunglasses to us for an inspection. We will email you the instructions to return the eyeglasses for the inspection, and we will also email you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage.

If our inspection finds any manufacturing errors on the glasses, we can offer to remake them for you for free.

However, if we find no manufacturing errors on the glasses, we can return them to you or issue one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the credit card you used to pay for the order.
