I made a mistake in my first order and canceled it immediately (I thought they looked gray but after I ordered I saw they said "green".) Instead of just getting a refund I got store credit which stunk. The next order didn't use the credit, either it wasn't posted yet or I didn't know how to use it or something... which stunk. The third order I am wearing now and they work. I am not sure I got the PD right and they are a little tight but that's OK, I guess. I like the price and you have tried very hard to make the process work, but your credit policy stinks. Also, I joined your rewards system after my order and now, although I have spent about $80 on these two orders, I, apparently, have no rewards. Kinda stinks.

We understand that you may have received a new prescription from your eye doctor, and your eye doctor may have remeasured your PD.
Your order o4959807761 was placed on August 6,2022, and according to the U.S. Postal Service website, it was delivered to you on August 15,2022, which means that it was within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered, when you posted your review.
Therefore, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you when you provide the order number, o4959807761.
Please have a copy of the prescription handy when you call, because the customer service representative who answers will ask you to confirm that you entered the prescription correctly on the order.
If the PD is not on the prescription, please be prepared to advise how it was obtained – self-measurement, friend or family member measurement, or eye doctor measurement.
If it turns out that you entered the prescription and PD correctly, we will invite you to return the sunglasses to us for an inspection. We will email you the instructions to return the eyeglasses for the inspection, and we will also email you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage.
If our inspection finds any manufacturing errors on the glasses, we can offer to remake them for you for free.
However, if we find no manufacturing errors on the glasses, we can return them to you or issue one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the credit card you used to pay for the order.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses.
