I really love my glasses. They are a nice, cute color and are very sturdy. The lenses are a perfect dark color for sunglass use! I got these when I sent back a previous pair because they didn't fit right. The exchange was very simple and easy.

Love the way they look and feel. The prescription is correct and the glasses protect from blue light. I am happy I found a good fit at last.
First time trying Zenni. Great price for frames! I do wish they had some more simple colors (brown in particular - some of us just don't look good in all those bright colors!) and patterns for some of the common style frames - like rectangle and oval. I liked a lot of the frames but many had color patterns or designs, and I just wanted a simple brownish color, so I was really limited to 2 choices with frame styles I preferred. Sizing is tricky. I measured several times and I still think the frames feel a tad tight. I still need to take the time to adjust the ear pieces and bend them to fit my head - I suppose this is to be expected, although there's very limited curvature to the ear portion of the frames when they arrive. I only wear my glasses at night/early morning and never during daily actives outside my home, so it was nice to be able to purchase a lower cost option considering how little I wear glasses. If I was wearing them as my primary visual assistance like my contacts, I'd still like the frames, but I think I'd probably bite the bullet and pay the extra cost for the fitting and additional frame styles at my eye doctors or Costco. And it's possible I have a weird size head which contributed to the glasses not fitting perfectly out of the box. I initially ordered the wrong lens and the return process and credit to my account went seamlessly. Overall though, would order from them again and would definitely recommend for someone looking for a more economical option for glasses.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. We were sorry to read that you could not see well through the lenses, and we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result.
We see no notes in the database record of the order indicating that you contacted us about these eyeglasses, and we see no notes in the database records of several previous orders you placed with us, using the same prescription and pupillary distance (PD) that you used on order o5081595924.
The U.S. Postal Service website advises that this eyeglasses order was delivered to you on October 3,2022, which means that it is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.
