Arrived way faster than I expected! I have never ordered glasses online before so I'm glad my first experience was with Zenni. I would've had to pay $200+ dollars at my eye Dr. to get glasses through them. One of the assistants told me I might have better luck getting them cheaper online. I love Zenni. They always have just what I want. The pair I got most recently look so pretty and they arrived quickly. They fit great and I got a pair in two different colors I like them so much. I've got about 7 different pairs through Zenni to go with any outfit and a pair for reading and sunglasses. They're great!

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. We were sorry to learn that a lens is scratched and that the prescription seems off. Consequently, we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result.
The U.S. Postal Service website advises that this order was delivered to you on October 27,2022, which means that it was within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered, when you posted your review, on November 23,2022.
Therefore, you may return these bifocal eyeglasses to us for a physical inspection of the scratched lens and an inspection of the prescription in the lenses.
