Love using zenni! I needed a pair of glasses asap and I received my order in 7 days! I am always amazed and satisfied with my experience
Had my information on hand and chose glasses by trying them on first to see how they would look. I then ordered. I received them within two weeks.
I'm really happy with my glasses and the price is great.
Amazing quality at an affordable price, plus fast shipping!
This was the second time I've ordered from Zenni. Generally, I'm very pleased with my experience and will be back.
They're gorgeous, I can see better out of these than my contacts.
Fantastic prices, a super selection of frames, and lenses any way you can possibly want! We have ordered from Zenni for 15 years and have always gotten perfect glasses, at unbelievable prices!
The first round, I made a mistake on the prescription. I re-ordered with store credit (thank you) and this time I entered the prescription correctly and the result was awful. I will need to return them this week.
Zenni always has a pair that fits perfectly. They not only look cool but fit well and don't constantly slide down a kids face.
Great quality sturdy and comfortable and very cute
I got exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price and in good time.
Good glasses but thin frame the sun block doesn't work in the car
They had it shipped to me within a week. It said it'd take 2 weeks to ship. Awesome!
I had trouble with shipping initially but my experience with customer service was great and my glasses arrived shortly thereafter.
I love the ease of the magnetic sunglass and get so many compliments on them. My only complaint is they are a little heavy. Not a pair I would wear all day
My insurance wouldn't cover glasses so these were the prefect price range for good quality glasses. Its nice to actually see now.
Answer: Hi. We are sorry to tell you that we have recently and temporarily discontinued delivery to Spain. We hope to ship there again soon and we encourage you to check our website frequently to see when it is available again.
Answer: I had no problem with returning my initial pair of glasses. I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.
Answer: Hi Reginald, thank you for your question! We do not manufacture only lenses, or lenses for non-Zenni frames. I am sorry about any inconvenience!
Answer: Hi. Yes, store credit is one of the options available when you contact us during the 30-day warranty period. And our Customer Service department will be eager to help you with the return. Please call us at 1-800-211-2105, email us at [email protected], or chat with us live by clicking on the floating Support button that appears near the bottom-right corner of any page on our website and a representative will issue a return authorization number and provide return instructions.
Answer: Hi. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. However, we don't ever want to assume that needing time to adjust to the lenses is the only reason a customer could be having difficulty with their glasses; consequently, if you have recently purchased progressive lenses, and have problems seeing clearly through them, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105. Doing so will give us an opportunity to address the issue and to offer you a proper resolution. Thank you for posting your question.
Answer: I had the same experience. Very disappointing. When I called about the problem they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. I was able to return them for a Zenni credit, less shipping costs. Waiting to see if the second pair is better...
Answer: Yes, it costs a little more for bifocal lenses. It does not however cost as much as it does in a typical eyeglass office/store.
Answer: None. There is no guarantee on anything (lenses or frames) beyond 30 days.

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the two orders you placed with us – order o4676304360, placed on October 10,2022, for one pair of single-vision eyeglasses with Transitions® T8 gray photochromic (light-sensitive, auto-tinting) lenses, and order o5174854765, placed on November 1,2022, for one pair of standard progressive eyeglasses with our generic gray photochromic feature.
You returned the single-vision eyeglasses from order o4676304360 for a 100 percent refund of their price in the form of store credit to your Zenni account, and you used the store credit toward the purchase of the standard progressive eyeglasses in order o5174854765.
We were sorry to read that you could not see well with either pair of eyeglasses, and we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result.
You used different values on the pupillary distance (PD) and the prescription for these two orders, with minus values on the Spheres and Cylinders in order o4676304360 and plus values for the Spheres and Cylinders in order o5174854765. The numerical values were different, as well.
We do not see any indication in the database records of either order that you confirmed that the prescription and PD were entered correctly.
The U.S. Postal Service website advises that order o5174854765 was delivered to you on November 11,2022, which means that it is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.
Therefore, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be happy to assist you when you provide the order number o5174854765.
Please have a copy of the prescription you received from your eye doctor that you used to place the order handy, because the customer service representative who answers will ask you to email the prescription to them so that we may confirm that it was entered correctly.
If the PD is not on the prescription, please advise how it was obtained – self-measurement, friend or family member measurement, or eye doctor measurement.
If you confirm that you entered the prescription and PD correctly, we will email you instructions to return the glasses to us for an inspection, and we will also email you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage.
If our inspection finds any manufacturing errors on the glasses, we will offer to remake them for you for free.
But if when you provide the prescription it turns out that something was entered incorrectly on the order, we can offer you the refund option available for an order paid for with store credit – a 50 percent refund of the amount of store credit you used to pay for the order to the credit card you used to pay for part of the order.
If the wait to speak with a customer service representative is lengthy, you may have an online Chat with us by clicking the button labeled Support, at the lower right-hand corner of every page of the Zenni website.
You may also email us, at [email protected], and if you choose this communication method, please put your order number, o5174854765, in the subject line of the email and please attach a copy of the prescription to the email.
If the PD is not on the prescription, please advise in the body of the email how it was obtained – self-measurement, friend or family member measurement, or eye doctor measurement.
If you confirm that you entered the prescription and PD correctly, we will email you instructions to return the glasses to us for an inspection, and we will also email you the prepaid mailing label to use for return postage.
But if it turns out that something was entered incorrectly on the order, we will email you instructions to return the glasses for the 50 percent refund of the amount of store credit you used to pay for the order to the credit card you used to pay for part of the order.
We look forward to hearing back from you, in the hope that we may resolve this matter to your satisfaction, with an inspection or one of our two refund options.
We also hope that you have a very happy holiday season!
