I use to love zenni until today. My first order I purchased 3 pairs of glasses. They were so cute and I was very satisfied I received them fast. I always order multiple frames because I like to switch up every day. I ordered my frames on June 12 and I check my tracking information everyday because I need my glasss to see and drive. So I checked my tracking this past Thursday June 21 and it said my glasses will arrive Friday June 22 by 8 pm by the usps. So I checked again Friday still the same information. So I checked my mail box after my mail carrier left no glasses. I waited to after 8 pm to check back and no glasses. So Im confused I called a postal supervisor to check the info and they had the same info. This is the provider that they choose to work with as it relates to delivery. I am very aware the 14-21 day to receive the item. But my descrepancy is that they give u the tracking info for what invalid info. I waited to Saturday to make sure the package aint get lost Im the mail carrier dropped it off the next day no package. Now when I go online it said the package is in trasit. How can a package go from the post office on its way to my house to back in transit. I called a supervisor today and was hung up on. A supervisor job is to take care of situation that the representative cant handle Im very upset because my glasses are broke and I cant see so how patient can I be I need my glasses. I called back and the representative told me only one supervisor was there but she couldnt give me his name and he refused to talk to me. She told me to contact the main email I did but yet they are telling me the same information 14-21 days. But my package said it would be delivered on June 22,2018 on the tracking information. I will never shop here again. If u want to get good customers if u have a issue with you order this is not the place to go cute glasses though. But but worth the stress.

I ordered my glasses on line. Was not sure what to expect. So many other companies have phony TV ads where they quote 2 pair for $69 dollars so I took a chance as glasses at these phony TV ads generally run about $300 or more for glasses
So ordered from Zenni. Giving my prescription on line after visiting a Walmart eye doctor to have eyes checked and get Rx for glasses. Within a short delivery time my glasses arrived. They were and are great. For a price of around $90 dollars I got a very good quality, stylish prescription pair of glasses. I am going back again to get a couple more pairs when eyes are checked again for new prescription in the future. Zenni will be my place for glasses from here on out

I haven't bought a new pair of glasses in over 10 years! Needless to say, I NEED a new pair. I found a great pair on Zenni that I wanted to try, but I was also looking at other websites for glasses. When it came down to it, I chose the other company because they offered free returns within 14 days. I have a very small face for an adult, and I'm too nervous to buy a pair of glasses online without trying them on first. Zenni would only offer a 50% return within 30 days. So, ultimately, I chose not to go with them.

I was so excited to order from them. After two unsatisfactory purchases, I can tell you that the quality isn't there and return policy has lots of conditions that will catch you off guard. Their delivery takes forever. There are much better companies out there for glasses. Instead of focusing on customer service, their customer service reps are quick to point to their "policies" as a way out of dealing with their customers' individual concerns. Look elsewhere and spare yourself the grief.

Dennis optical is by far my favorite place to shop for glasses. As long as you're not looking for a pair of glasses that have a designer name stamped on the side, it doesn't get any better than this! Though Zenni optical does have tons of styles that resemble designer styles there isn't a brand name stamped on the side. I have ordered two pairs of glasses now from this website and I'm happy to say that I always receive my glasses in a timely manner, usually within the week. The pricing is absolutely amazing... You can't beat 30 to $40 for a pair of glasses when walking into a local glasses store will run you anywhere between 100 and 400 dollars. Their shipment status is always updated and always on time! I highly recommend this website for anyone that wears glasses.

Ordered prescription sunglasses for a vacation and chose priority shipping which promises delivery in 10-14 days. Today is day 14 an the glasses have not even shipped from Zenni... their site lists the glasses as 'manufactured'... but not shipped. I have contacted customer service twice with no assistance. No way I will have these glasses in time for my trip.

The website was error free. We loved that you could upload your picture and "try on" any frame before purchases. It was simple to add details (scratch coating, tint, personalize, etc). Ended up spending about $50 on all the bells and whistles, and like these 100% more than the ones I paid $200 at Target. Next week Im taking my daughter to have her eyes checked but we will not be purchasing product, only exam then ordering on Zenni!

My glasses became unhinged at around 2 weeks of me having them, and two weeks later, the entire arm fell off while I was on my way to class. As these were a pair of plastic frames, I realized that I should put more effort into maintaining them compared to other frames, so ever since receiving them, I was very careful. I got so many compliments and loved the frames until one day on my way to class the arm entirely fell off! I had to sit in class completely blind and looking stupid with only one arm on my frame. I reached out to customer support through their online chat, but no response. Finally, I decided to contact them directly via email. I explained my situation and they tell me to repurchase the frames! I was in shock. Im sure the frames are usually fine but this was a manufacturers defect that I failed to detect upon first receiving them. I replied to their email explaining this and have been completely ignored. I will not be repurchasing nor recommending this site to anyone I had to glue the frames back together myself because paying $50 for a pair of glasses was not enough to warrant proper customer service. From reading other reviews, this site is a hit or miss and it is up to you if you are willing to risk your money on a store who couldnt care less about you.

I don't really need glasses yet, just for reading - and the 'dollar store' variety work fine but don't last very long -

So I heard about Zenni and gave them a try. Since I didn't have an optometrist's prescription I had to figure out what I wanted on my own - and the first pair worked out extremely well and lasted a long time before the hinges gave out.

Subsequently, using the information I had gleaned from the firt order I was easily able to get exactly what I wanted in frame style and optical power - and now I have a 'wardrobe' of stylish reading glasses for all occasions.

Ordering is easy, delivery fairly quick and overall quality and service are good.

Most recently I experimented with ordering a pair of bifocals for sewing - with my regular 'reading' power for the 'distance' part and additional 1.5 magnification for the 'close' part. Worked like a charm and I'm delighted with their service and the prices are excellent! Recommended!

Ive ordered more than a half dozen glasses from Zenni at an affordable price and I'll continue to purchase my frames there in the future. My frames are all beautiful, inexpensive and most importantly they WORK if you give them the right PD calculation and prescription. Some frames are more sturdy and delicate than others, but I've had NO issues with my frames breaking. Zenni has an inexpensive BEAUTIFUL selection of thousands of frames and their customer service is wonderful, as is their user friendly and very informative website. Be sure to check out their How To Videos before shopping and ordering from them, they'll explain exactly the steps you need to take to make the most of your product and purchase. This is. Hands down. The best way to purchase eyewear for your eyecare. I wasnt paid by Zenni to write this review, Im just sad that I didnt know about Zenni years ago, they would've saved me a fortune! I dont want others to get ripped off from places like walmart or lense crafters, go get an eye exam from your local optometrist then take that prescription and order frames from Zenni, you'll save so much money if you take this counsel, you'll not be disappointed.
