I ordered glasses for my daughter. The prescription difference in her two eyes are very different. Within a few hours of placing my order someone from Zenni emailed me to make sure the prescription was enter properly and her glasses would be made correctly. They said the glasses would be here 2-4 weeks from ordering and we recieved them in 8 days. They are great quality and came with a hard case and cloth.
Zenni stays in business because they use the cheapest processes and materials available, and because even if they fail to deliver a correctly manufactured product, they refuse to refund more than 50% of your money. That's right! No matter how many times they screw up, they are guaranteed to pocket at least half the money you give them. They sent me two sets of glasses with defective lenses (the original pair and the replacement pair). I need glasses for work and for driving, and I didn't want to wait another 3 weeks for yet another replacement that may very well be defective and have to be sent back too, so asked for an RA number and a refund. Zenni outright refused to refund my purchase price. They wanted me to send the glasses back so that "their Quality Control lab" could test them for defects (?). Zenni doesn't have a "lab". Labs costs money to staff and operate, and there is no way that they go through the expense of testing their cheap returned glasses for defects, especially when the customer cant see out of them, so yeah, they probably ARE defective. They toss them in the garbage and give you a stock answer of either "Yes, they were defective and we will replace them" or "They weren't defective, but we will give you store credit." Either way, the outcome is the same but you are supposed to think that they actually did something. Never mind that I can't see with them regardless what this imaginary lab says. Also, if you want a refund, they will try every angle to convince you that this is somehow your fault. They know that most ophthalmologists don't write the pupillary distance on the prescription, so they will ask you how you came up with whatever number you gave them. If you say, "I measured it using the instructions on your website" they will tell you that this isn't REALLY the way you should measure your PD, that it needs to be done by an ophthalmologist, and that the PD is the most likely culprit. When I pointed out that an incorrect PD doesn't cause the problems I was experiencing, their customer service reps simply doubled-down on the PD as the cause. I got tired of dealing with their non-answers and refusal to refund my money. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, and I encourage anyone else having problems with Zenni quality do the same. Or better yet, go to literally any other eyewear provider. You can't do worse than Zenni.
I use Zenni a lot for all my glasses. Love the Italian acetate frame and the clarity of the prescriptive lenses.
This was the first pair of glasses I ordered from Zenni and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Great price and very high quality. I'll definitely get all my future glasses here, and I'll recommend the same for all my family and friends. I'm totally satisfied.

Zenni is terrific. I ordered my new Rx and within 3 weeks I had my glasses. I also had a pair made at my eye doctors but after 2 attempts, they have not gotten my Rx bifocals right, but Zenni did. No problems whatsoever. Thanks, Zenni. I'll be ordering another pair.

Ever sense I discovered Zinni its been my go to for glasses. I've ordered off here about 6 times. Every time I have been completely satisfied! Last time I went shopping for glasses it costed me around 150 for the cheap pair! Now I get to choose out of a huge selection of affordable glasses and love what I get! I personally love being able to save so much on something that's so important.

Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company. I ordered from them. It took three months to get my order, by which time I bought in person. You do not get your money back, only half, or full credit. Given the quality of the product, when I finally received this, I had to take half of my original money back.
Honestly, the cheapest place to get glasses from. Typically glasses cost me $200 + due to my astigmatism but with Zenni, they only cost me $50. I have been buying from them for 5 years now and each glasses has been great and affordable. I always recommend Zenni to my friends who need glasses since it feel so much less of a rip off compared to "designer" frames and glasses from those in person store.
Only thing i wished is that their return policy was more convenient. Otherwise overall great online glasses store.
I have successfully purchased from Zenni for a few years. This time, despite sending me glasses with visible stripes (lines) in the anti-reflective coating, they refused to send me another pair while I sent my defective pair back. After waiting week to receive these, I can't wear them, and now I have to wait weeks more, before being able to get some new glasses. Not customer-friendly. I won't be ordering from Zenni again. If you value a great customer experience, I'd encourage you to look elsewhere for your eyewear needs. The days of stellar customer service - treating the customer as I would treat the customer, are gone.
I've been a customer for three years, ordering at least two pairs of prescription glasses a year-just for fun. They have a great selection and amazing prices. They used to have great customer service and stood behind their products. That all changed this year. *January 2019- I ordered a new pair of prescription glasses. This time the prescription in the right lens was incorrect. Sent it back and told it was Zenni's mistake. They made a new pair of prescription glasses with the same frame. Three months later, I received my replacement, but the left nose guard was missing. U contacted Zenni and was told they would send me a new nose guard. I received it in May, but couldn't put it on the wire nose prop. The plastic was stuck together. Contacted Zenni AGAIN. After trying all of the customer service person's hints on what to do, even though I told him it the tiny plastic nub was stuck together; leaving no room for it to slip onto the wire, his solution was for Zenni to ship me replacement frames. Then I would only have to pop out the lens from the broken frame and pop them into the new frames. I don't feel comfortable POPPING out prescription lens. At this point, I am frustrated! I ask if I can send the glasses back for a credit, so I can buy another pair of glasses with different frames. I'm told that I will only get 50% credit, because the second pair of glasses was partially paid for with credit Zenni gave me from the first pair of glasses that was badly made? I tried to talk to a supervisor, but no one wanted to help me. I gave up talking to a wall of indifference and decided to take off the remaining nose guard from the second pair of prescription glasses I received and wear them as back up glasses. PLUS, I'M NEVER ORDERING FROM ZENNI AGAIN. I don't know if they changed management at the beginning of 2019 or just stopped caring about customers. I promised them I would be telling everyone within the sound of my voice to never buy from Zenni from now one. Plus, I plan on using social media and GOOGLE to warn other people about their change of customer and quality service. SHAME ON ZENNI FOR TREATING A VALUED CUSTOMER SO POORLY!

I bought Zenni glasses for several years. They seemed like a good deal at first, $57 for prescription glasses, but eventually all the frames would break. The lenses are poor quality and end up getting scratched up, breaking or popping out. Evidenced by all the blue plastic cases I ended up with, I'd estimate I went through two dozen pairs. The only good thing about their business model is being able to order online. Eventually I went back to buying regular reading glasses, three pairs for $10 at America's most popular retail that starts with a W. I have yet to break the frames or even scratch the lenses...LoL!
I purchased glasses and within 3 months the arm fell off. It was never attached properly. Please read the warranty. Cheap glasses but useless now.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses.
