I bought a new pair of glasses to update my look to be more stylish. They fit perfect and look great! Got the blue light glare too and I love it.
I upgraded his glasses to the on before the highest index because my son has a very strong prescription -14 in one eye and -9.50 in other eye which makes his glasses really thick. These came out better than his first pair I bought from someone local.
This is my 4th purchase of glasses through Zinnie and once again very happy. Great frame selection, good prices and received my order in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

I have ordered six glasses and two pairs of sunglasses. 7 out of 8 would give 5 stars. This last pair of sunglasses is not what I expected. I bought them for driving and they give me a headache if I wear them too long. Plus they are very bulky. Little buyers remorse.

I have multiple eye glass needs. I need a pair for driving and a pair for computer work. Bifocals never worked well for me. I did not want to pay the $7-800 at an optician so I tried Zenni. That was six pairs ago and I still haven't spent as much as I did on my last pair from an optometrist. I now have different colors to go with different outfits! All are still working perfectly and I put them through a lot. I'm hooked and a little addicted.

Website navigation was great, showed all very good prices, all frames and options even had a "try-on" tool. Shipping was fast, received product in excellent condition A-1experience throughout!
I have three sets(pair) of glasses from Zenni and am pleased with all of them. One set is non-prescription for computer distance, the other two regular bifocals. After the first set, I decided to try the next size up, since I seem to be in between. I use all three sets. One of the bifocals is smalll frame, the other large. At these prices, I can have multiple pairs for different uses. I highly recommend this product.
Poor customer service and return policy. The frames I ordered had streaks of a black powder coat that did not look finished. The customer service representative said that it was suppose to be like that. Delivery was fast but the frames just looked a felt poorly made. I only got 50% refund back due to their return policy.
Wont be buying from them or recommending them to anyone.

Our records show that you contacted us on June 19th, provided a photo of the frame and reported that the frame had streaks across it and appeared to be unfinished. We can confirm that this is the design of the frame; a brushed look described under the Description tab on our website, which is located just under the photos of the frame. Due to the nature of this design, no two frames will look exactly alike, neither will any frame look exactly like the photo on our website. Nevertheless, we were sorry to learn that you were dissatisfied with the appearance of the frame once you received it. Furthermore, this order was paid for by store credit and although our policy states that orders paid for with store credit can only be returned for a 50% refund, we are happy to make an exception in your case and issue a full refund. We have emailed you return instructions as well as a prepaid shipping label. Once the glasses have been returned, the refund will be processed within 24-48 hours and we will email you confirmation of the transaction. We hope these measures meet your satisfaction and that you will reconsider your decision of not ordering from Zenni again.
The frames for these glasses are poorly made and very weak. They broke within a couple of months. I should have mailed them back for a refund, but I needed glasses right away so bit the bullet and went back to my expensive optometrist.
I ordered 3 pairs for $65 and get compliments everyday! I love having different colors and styles. The quality is great and they come packaged nicely. I keep getting asked where I got my new glasses and love telling people.

I'm very pleased with the glasses that I bought from Zenni. I was skeptical about buying eyeglasses online but they exceeded my expectations. My glasses included progressive lens and photo-chromatic lens. They cost $99.00 and I can see out of them much better than the ones that I lost which cost $500.00. Ordering from zenni is the same thing the eye shops do but with more options and a ton cheaper. I shake my head hearing people dropping 400-500 hundred dollars on glasses.

Answer: I had no problem with returning my initial pair of glasses. I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Answer: I had the same experience. Very disappointing. When I called about the problem they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. I was able to return them for a Zenni credit, less shipping costs. Waiting to see if the second pair is better...
