I felt insecure about choosing glasses virtually. I'm using them and getting used to them. They're bifocals, and the smaller lens is a smaller diameter than it was on my last pair. This changes how I navigate reading and other things, and I'm not sure how I like it. They seem to be good quality, though, and the price was very affordable. I'm not fully sold on this method for buying glasses. But I will probably experiment again.
I order from Zenni every 6 months or so. I order for myself, my husband and our five children. The glasses that we choose are always as nice as the photos online. We've never had a problem with our order or the product. It comes in fairly quick too. I love zenni. It's affordable, Its a great choice if you're on a budget.
I never have an issue with Zenni. I love the selection and the prices. It makes it so easy when you have teens who are hard on thier glasses.

Hello. We wish to confirm that Zenni Blokz blue light blocking lenses are not completely clear, but are virtually clear and can have a faint coloration that is sometimes described as yellow or green. We were sorry to read that, even though you selected the single-vision 1.67 high-index lens, you were disappointed in the outer-edge thickness of the lenses. Consequently, we apologize for any dismay you experienced as a result. We want to mention that the width of the lens is a contributing factor to the thickness of the outer edges of lenses in glasses with a strongly nearsighted prescription. On your most recent previous order, o2490223325, placed on May 31,2020, when your prescription was a little less strong, you selected full-rim, square, mixed-material, clear and gold frame 7816823, with a frame width of 137 mm and a lens width of 49 mm, and full-rim, square, plastic, tortoiseshell frame 125625, with a frame width of 134 mm and a lens width of 47 mm. We hope that these frames, with their narrower lens widths, resulted in lenses that were not as thick on the outer edges as those on frame 7813125. For strong prescriptions, we recommend selecting frames with lens widths between 45-50 mm, and we also recommend that you confirm that the frame will also accommodate your pupillary distance (PD) by viewing the section of the page that shows the PD range the frame accommodates, under SPECIFICATIONS, at the lower left-hand side of the page with the enlarged picture of the frame. Really Don't like that the last order was not right and I didn't get my full refund. I called to make sure it was done right and it still was not correct. There was a conversion in numbers and seems they did not understand it either.

Although I have ordered from Zenni for many years, I was very disappointed in one of the pairs of glasses in this order. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and instead, received a pair of sunglasses with another, much smaller pair of prescription glasses mounted inside of them. Why would anyone think, and buy a pair of glasses within another pair of glasses?

The anti-scratch outer shield protects the clear and detachable prescription lenses underneath. The rubber nose pad and polycarbonate temple arms with rubber tips provide a comfortable and secure fit. Please note: do not order tinted, polarized or photochromic options for inner lens,” we were sorry to learn that you were unaware that this is how these sunglasses are constructed. You contacted us considerably past the 30-day warranty period of this order, which started the day the glasses were delivered, November 18,2021. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. However, we don't ever want to assume that needing time to adjust to the lenses is the only reason a customer could be having difficulty with their glasses; consequently, if you have recently purchased progressive lenses, and have problems seeing clearly through them, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105.
