This is my 4th pair of glasses for the family, my second pair of progressive glasses. I waited 4 years due to finances and finally got my prescription from America's Best. (With their deal I got 2 pairs of readers as I didn't want to pay for progressive transitions at their prices. When my Zenni arrived the progressive was the size of a pencil erasure. Slight turn off the head and everything is blurry. Now the worst part, how Zenni handles... Snail mail return + "inspection time" if they actually admit to their horrible job they did and fix it turn around from when I called and got return label is approximately 2 MONTHS! NO LONGER CAN I SAY ZENNI IS WORTH ANYTHING! RUN AWAY TO ANOTHER COMPANY...
So an update... They verbally said I would get a response 1 week from when they received the bad glasses, it has been 2. I chatted with rep who said please give 14 business days (almost 3 weeks) for them to analyze the glasses. Is there a 0 star rating I can give, this is horrible.
Crystal clear, fit and quality are great. We have enjoyed getting our glasses from Zenni and will continue purchasing our glasses from Zenni.

The frames we ordered for our 7 year old broke within a couple of days. Thankfully Zenni was able to send us replacement frames right away.

I wanted just a little tint on the glasses and they came out dark like sunglasses. My previous glasses were perfect, but these are too dark. I ordered the fashion tint, but it is not what I thought it would be.

Browsing for and choosing glasses with Zenni is amazingly simple! There is a wide variety of sizes and styles available. My only qualm is that I wish there were a better way to measure pupillary distance. I measured my own and it's okay, but I can tell it's not quite right.

However, we see two different PD values on the two orders you placed with us. For your August 3,2021, order, o4056891404, you entered a PD of 58 millimeters. But on your more recent order, o4326084861, placed on November 26,2021, you entered a PD of 27 mm (right eye) and 26.5 mm (left eye). A dual PD such as this one is usually provided by an eye doctor, who has the capacity to perform a precise measurement, whereas when customers measure their own PD, they usually come up with a single PD value, such as you entered on the August 2021 order. The dual PD value you entered on the November 2021 order adds up to 53.5 mm, which we would recommend rounding up to 54 mm if you wanted to use a single PD instead of the dual PD. We are not sure which one is a more accurate measurement, but a PD of 54 mm is different enough from a PD of 58 mm that if one is correct, you would not be able to see well with the glasses for which the other PD was entered. The glasses I got for my daughter were big but all the glasses her size werent her age they are more for babies style. She is 6 and the glasses we did get are very cute but don't fit her. I just wish there was better smaller ones for her face/age.

I've had success with Zenni in the past, but this was my first time using the 3D interactive measuring tool to verify the proportions of my facial features and compare them with the frames I liked. To my surprise, it worked really well, and I have 3 pairs of new Zennis that fit perfectly! I get compliments on my black Art Deco style cat eye frames all the time! If you can't wait to show off your new frames (understandably), expedited shipping is available at a reasonable cost. I think my frames arrived before my expected delivery date, even without expedited shipping, so I was very pleasantly surprised. And thanks to the BOGO sales they have so often, I now have two pairs of eyeglasses that I LOVE as well as a fun, funky pair of my first prescription sunglasses!

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. However, we don't ever want to assume that needing time to adjust to the lenses is the only reason a customer could be having difficulty with their glasses; consequently, if you have recently purchased progressive lenses, and have problems seeing clearly through them, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105. We want to confirm that we use a style of progressive eyeglasses called freeform, which provides a progressive reading corridor approximately 12-14 millimeters wide, with no vision correction on either side of this progressive reading corridor. Therefore, we advise our customers to point their nose at what they are viewing on their computer or reading, rather than moving their eyes from side to side. In addition, we want to confirm that we place the top of the progressive reading corridor, where intermediate (computer) vision starts, at 5 mm above the centerline of the lens.
