Great price for kids glasses but one of the frames dropped on our tile floor and the frame cracked completely and the lense popped out. Materials are on the cheap side but for kids it's a great deal.
The process is very simple and frankly, user friendly. If something goes wrong with the order process, you can always talk to someone but I haven't had to do that unless something was arrive upon receiving my glasses. Only 1 time I had an issue and they resolved it very quickly.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. We were sorry to read that one of these frames broke, and we apologize for any dismay you and the child for whom you ordered these glasses experienced. When a customer contacts us within an order’s 30-day warranty period to advise that a frame has broken, we can send the customer a free replacement frame. However, we are sorry to advise that this order is outside its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the eyeglasses are delivered, which was December 30,2021, according to the Federal Express website. Nevertheless, when a customer contacts us outside the order’s warranty period to advise that they need to replace an eyeglasses frame, we advise the customer that they can order the frame with nonprescription lenses and pay only the cost of the frame plus the shipping fee.
