Other than making a decision on my glasses (the glasses try-on tool felt a little inaccurate but the delay was mostly due to my own indecision and fear of commitment) this process was a breeze. Once I picked out my frames, I was easily walked through adding my prescription, any add ons that I wanted, etc. I'm in love with my glasses (I got an every day pair as well as a set of sunglasses), as well as the leather case upgrade. I love that it folds flat (for me, it's always unfolded since I've either got my glasses or my sunglasses in it, but it's a convenient feature). I love Zenni glasses! I'm going to get my husband a few pairs, too!

I was blown away by the quality of my new pairs of glasses. The only complaint I have is the color of the purple mirrored sunglasses seemed to be much more vibrant on the website, and the color that I got, while still purple, was much more reserved. If I had known they weren't going to be the bright purple, I would have gotten a different color.
I've ordered a few pairs of eye glasses and have always had great service and my eye glasses arrived in a timely manner in perfect condition. I see no reason to ever buy my eye glasses anywhere else. My son and other people I know shop Zenni as well. I always recommend Zenni.
My glasses came in, and the sides of the glasses that hook onto my ears are too tight. I ordered the honey colored frames, and they look much more orange in person. Other than that they arrived promptly and were not damaged.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses.
