I received my order quickly
My biggest problem was that the tracking information given to me was for some item delivered to Tennessee back in December. I'm happy to have received my order quickly, it just would have been nice to be able to track it accurately

I purchased 2 pair of glasses. They came on time and the prescription was great. One pair I didn't like the style, they weren't as big as I thought they would be.

Being being only $20 frames these feel sturdier and just more premium, very shiny. And the lenses are clear and great at blocking blue light. Only thing I wish is that they came with clip on sunglasses, but will probably just order some prescription ones later anyway. Another satisfied customer!

Ordered my first pair of glasses Feb 1. Received glasses 3 weeks later. Correct frames, wrong prescription, could see nothing. Returned immediately, re-ordered, today is 3. 10. 22. Called Zenni- on hold for several minutes, they have no record of my order #ORDER NUMBER: #o*******356. Customer service tells me that they have no record of order. What a POS company. I could go to eyeglass making school and make them quicker than Zenni. Terribly disappointed.
