Thank you, I received my progressive glasses within 2 weeks. I'm pleased with lens quality but have to return them because the frame arms are too short. I bought the exact frames last year, used them for reading and not progressive, so i didn't notice the short fit. Unfortunately, I need to return them and buy a different style, which is not an issue. This is my 3rd pair of glasses from you, I am pleased with your products, it's the delay in receiving corrected pair. I would be 100% satisfied if I could use the return credit immediately on my next pair and not have to wait for the credit voucher. This means I will be without glasses 4 weeks approximately instead of 2. The issue is, I've lost my original pair and having to wait means I go without (progressive) reading glasses. Not your fault of course, but I'm sure you understand the inconvenience. Thank you asking.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses.
