I entered my prescription wrong, so glasses were not correct. But I don't understand why the prescription from my doctor wasn't used. Why ask for it if it's not used to go by to make glasses correctly.
The glasses are wonderful themselves, but the virtual try on was so helpful in ensuring that they fit my sons face. Will definitely be purchasing another frame soon for myself!
I am quite pleased with what I received. I really like that I can 'try' on frames to see what will likely look good - so far I've been very happy! And, since Zenni offers such good prices I fill multiple prescriptions from the optometrist so I have glasses for music, weaving and reading.
They were great! My daughter loves them. She picked them out and they were better than expected.

Because of a garbled address, I was contacted by Zenni to correct my address so that I would receive my new glasses. To me that was excellent customer service. I now have them and they fit great and my sight is very improved. The prescription was followed as submitted by my physician.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. We were sorry to read that you entered your prescription incorrectly, and we apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding you experienced when you placed the order.
We want to advise that we do not ask customers to provide a copy of the prescription they received from their eye doctor unless a customer has an issue with their vision through the lenses.
Then if the prescription copy shows that the prescription was entered correctly, we will invite the customer to return the glasses for an inspection. If our inspection finds any manufacturing errors on the glasses, we will offer to remake the glasses for free.
If the prescription copy shows that the prescription was entered incorrectly, we will offer the customer one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to their Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the source of payment, in this case, a credit card – upon the return of the eyeglasses.
