It was so easy to order and inexpensive. Never buying glasses anywhere else.
Used the try b4 you buy feature and got a pair of blue light blocking glasses for my son. They look great and he likes how they feel. I upgraded to the auto-sunglass tint and he loves them. Great deal for the price and they arrived in about a week. We'll be back again.
I ordered a pair of glasses, the temples have two loose caps or legs that can be slipped off easily. A good design would make sure that these caps are secured or glued. Mine got off every time I wore the glasses, eventually one of the caps got lost. I wanted to order a replacement. But they insisted I had to order a new pair of glasses. That is the service you will get from an oversea shop.
These glasses were such poor quality and broke within one day.
The company states that they are held together with filament(fishing line)
They will not refund, or take returns stating they can't sell the glasses again and PayPal says they arrived looking fine so will not cover.
Do not spend your money here.

I needed a pair of clear lenses prescription goggles. I called a Zenni agent to make sure they were clear and were told they were. I received blue lenses. Zenni refuses my refund and will only give me store credit even thought their agent caused the error. Store credit is useless to me. They also charged me for return postage. No fault of mine and I'm stuck with the loss...

We want you to know that we listened to the telephone call between you and our customer service representative, in which you asked if the prescription lenses in the sport sunglasses goggle frame you ordered – full-rim, wraparound, plastic, black sport sunglasses frame 701521, with a blue outer windshield and a frame width of 148 millimeters – would be clear.
Our representative confirmed that the prescription lenses would be clear, which is true. The pure polycarbonate lenses you selected for the frame are clear.
However, as you discovered when you received the order, the outer windshield is blue.
We are sorry that, even though you specifically asked about the prescription lenses, which are inserted in the goggles behind the blue outer windshield, our representative did not additionally confirm that the outer windshield would be blue.
Consequently, we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result.
Although in your review you state that we charged you return postage to return the sport sunglasses, we emailed you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage.

I requested to return my glasses becuase the perscription was completely incorrect; had them checked at local optometrist.

I had lost my glasses to the depths of Smith Mountain Lake while on vacation, so needed a new pair rather quickly. The pair I had were bought from MyEyeDoctor and cost me over $400--- 2 months prior to losing them!
I certainly didn't want to spend that kind of money again, and my sister in law advised I check Zenni.
I ordered a pair at 1/3 the cost - unfortunately I was still on vacation brain while ordering and although I checked the prescription 3 times beofre finalizing - I screwed up and ordered sunglasses (I was tired!) I also didn't even see that I could choose express shipping! My glasses arrived 10 days after I ordered them and I absolutely love them. The prescription is right and if it's really light inside, they work well for work. Haha.
I went back to order an actual pair of glasses this time, realizing that I would have 2 pairs of prescription glasses for less than the cost of my original pair, so I was happy.
I ordered on July 25th and this time paid the extra 20 bucks for express shipping (working was hard with my old prescription glasses that I had dug out of my drawer)
Unfortunately it's now been 9 days and my estimated delivery is for tomorrow - so the exact amount of time regular shipping took for my sunglasses. I would have given 5 stars - but I feel like I lost out on 20 bucks (and since I don'thave the new pair yet, I don't know how satisfied I will be with them - I just assume I will be since I love the sunglasses.
Overall my advice is YES, use Zenni - their virtual try on is awesome and (so far) the glasses are great - but don't waste your money on the express shipping!

Easy enough to order and eye glasses came in a week
Like the glasses when finally received them, but paid for fast ship to receive before a trip, didn't work.

I didn't have glasses that fit well and was told I was unable to wear my contacts for a length of time, the express processing and shipping was a huge help making sure I could see while not being able to wear my contacts. Plenty of options for express.

I needed an emergency pair of glasses after my frames broke and my optometrist said it'd be at least a month before the replacement frames came in. I bought these from Zenni that same day and had them in less than five days. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle.
