I have placed multiple orders from Zenni. I've never had an issue with anything. The website is easy to navigate and the glasses are delivered very quickly! Thank you for being a great company!
I recently went to the eye doctor and had a new prescription. I am a bit tight on money at the moment so I decided to buy from Zenni optical. I bought a pair of frames with "higher quality lenses" and the premium anti oil/fingerprint coating. When I received and put on my glasses it made me very dizzy. I figured that it was due to it being a new prescription and gave it a couple of days to see if it improved.
It did not improve. It was so bad that I went back to the eye doctor because I thought they had messed it up. Nope, it was Zenni. Basically if I looked up it was clear and If I looked down through the lenses it was blurry. This caused dizziness, and headaches. The glasses are cheaply made. They lenses popped in and out of the frame when slightly bent. Also, these are the dirtiest glasses I have ever owned. They collect every fingerprint, dirt, and dust. They are very hard to clean. I sent these glasses back in to Zenni hoping for a refund. I am still waiting. Now I am back to my old prescription and can not buy new glasses until I get refunded.
Also, I spent another 45 dollars to get my eyes rechecked!

On the same date, you also placed order o4920320236, for one pair of single-vision distance eyeglasses, also with gray photochromic lenses and Blokz®, in full-rim, rectangular, mixed-material, smoke gray frame 4435412, with textured temple arms and a frame width of 134 mm.
These two orders were delivered to you on July 28,2022 (o4920320236) and July 29,2022 (o4919959579), which means that they are within their respective 30-day warranty periods, which start the day the glasses are delivered.

I like the glasses and how they fit my face but the frames have wings on the side I didn't realize that when I ordered but otherwise they will work. They came fast and cheap.

This is my second pair of glasses from Zenni. My first pair didn't come in right, I filled out the prescription wrong. They happily and easily took my glasses back and sent me a new pair with the proper prescription. My second pair I ordered with photochromic lenses and they're great! They're nice and dark yet I can't even tell they're tinted sometimes. I love my new glasses! I'd definitely order a third time and many more!
I'm happy with the whole process as well as the result. I looked up my history purchases to find my frames, customized the new lenses for my needs, and they shipped to my home in a reasonable time at an unbeatable price. I had a couple hiccups navigating the Mobil customization, but everything else considered, that's nothing to gripe over.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. We want to confirm that we have received both pairs of eyeglasses for an inspection. We will perform the inspection within 14 business days from the date that they glasses are delivered to our Returns team. When we have inspected the glasses, we will email you the inspection results.
