Amazing! The kids glasses that we ordered didn't fit but Zenni let us return them in full and gave us a credit towards choosing a better size of frames.
Great glasses. Affordable and stylish, but you have to do your homework before purchasing! Make sure you use their tools and measurements to be sure the glasses are the right size and fit for your face. My prescription isn't all that bad and I normally wear contacts everyday but it's nice to have a good pair of glasses to rest my eyes that won't break my bank.

Tried to get glasses from a walk-in express store but they were too busy to help us and ended up walking out after a 1/2 hour wait. Won't go back. Remembered zenni from a few years back so I went online. I got to see what the frames look like on me. The frame price was so reasonable. Now for the lenses, I could afford the best. I went with transition lenses with all coatings. The glasses took about a week to arrive. I took them out of the box and WOW! They looked better than online. I put them on and WOW again. They fit perfectly with no adjustment. I can see clearly for a long ways away. I will be getting another pair for work. When my wife noticed, she said she loved them and now she wants a pair. Thanks Zenni.

I didn't have to wait any longer than I would have waited to receive my glasses if I'd ordered from the optometrist. The price was about a fourth of what I paid at the optometrist. Zenni has a huge selection of frames and the try it on feature is great. I've ordered 3 times and I'll definitely order my next pair from zenni!

They have taken more than a month to send me an order, when it arrived the optical centers were wrong. They don't refund my money, they just give me credit for less money than I paid and I have to redo the order. It's a complete scam.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. We were sorry to read that you took the eyeglasses to your eye doctor, who found the placement of the optical center on the lenses was incorrect.
Consequently, we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result.
You declined an inspection of the eyeglasses in favor of a 100 percent refund of what you spent on the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account.
On December 29,2022, we issued a 100 percent store credit refund, $75.64, of what you spent on the order, and on January 3,2023, we also refunded the Standard international shipping fee, $9.95, in the form of store credit to your Zenni account.
