I paid the full amount still the hotel not booked. Seeing all the reviews of people's bad experience with Zenhotels tried to contact hotel and got to know my room not booked. Lucky that I got to know this before my visit. Still trying to contact the customer care representative but still no response.

It's a terrible business! They cancelled my booking 5 days before I was meant to go and informed me by email. The customer service number didn't work, when I managed to find another number online I could barley hear the person on the phone. I needed to cancel my weekend away for surgery and was told they couldn't cancel. So now I'm stuck with a three day trip I can't use. Horrible company and I would never use them again and I travel frequently. Go to Airbnb or hotels.com where they'll take care of you if something goes wrong.

Zen Hostel is the best for every traveler.It's so easy to book. I was able to find a hotel for a cheaper price than anywhere. I did all my bookings online, it was swift, easy and their website is easy to navigate. I definitely use them again.
Went thru the whole process of booking a hotel, with credit card, at a good price. Then the site said "it didn't go thru", call the 888 number, and someone who barely speaks English says they can't do anything, but I can wait and try again. No.
