The sign I purchased was exactly what I wanted for my son's rehearsal dinner. It was mounted on a foam poster board and arrived in perfect condition. I'm extremely happy with it and I know if will look beautiful the evening of the rehearsal dinner.

I originally wanted to create a seating chart on "the knot "to match my wedding invitations, but I also wanted the table to be printed individually and not on one big chart that way in case I had to make any last-minute changes I could just order just that table card replacement instead of ordering a whole new chart. We created a 90th Birthday invitation and it was amazing! 2 sided. Quality and colors were great! Very happy and satisfied! Fast shipping! 5 Stars!
I had ordered online, selected the product, personalized my baby shower invites, all within 30 min. Then I spent the next 3 hours trying to place the order. I kept getting the response to sign in, but then I would ask to re-set my password and it would send a link to my email. It never showed up in the inbox nor the spam. Tried over and over again. Called and a recording said to do it online. IT was a vicious circle. Finally turned off my computer and started all over. It finally recognized my email and I was able to place the order. They arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled! That was a good surprise. The product was well packaged and nicely printed.
The design was easy and ordering was smooth. No problems. The mug arrived and was exactly as expected. It was also inexpensive for a custom design. I highly recommend Zazzle.

I knew when I ordered that the frame I ordered would be bit thin but honestly? It doesn't matter. The print of the design I uploaded looks amazing, I've gotten compliments on it from people that know where the saying is from and I honestly love it. Will be buying one for my front plate as well!

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
