They were great! Everything was on time & turned out wonderful!
When I ordered from them the order came out ok. Nothing more spectacular than you can get from CVS or WALMART. However, they make it hard to cancel your subscription and when you call they try to make you agree to going another year in an email. I told them I would just be disputing the charge with PayPal and my bank as I did not agree to continue. They did offer store credit in the amount to continue another year- I declined and then they told me they would not refund me and I'd have to go through more steps to attempt a refund. Currently doing so.

I designed a tee shirt for my friend and she was very happy with the cut and quality of the women's v-neck cotton t-shirt. I was concerned the design would feel rubbery but she assures me it does not, so I am happy! Will order again from Zazzle.

One role of wrapping paper was $27 (on sale) and it was only enough to wrap 4 gifts. There was a sticker on it that ripped off some of the design and a random red line on the design. The finish of the wrapping paper was not nice. Such a waste of time and money

Excellent, purchase went well got exactly what I ordered.
I'm very happy with the design and quality of the napkins I ordered. It was kind of last minute when finding them. They are so perfect for my Nieces bridal shower. Fortunately, I was able to get expedited shipping to be sure they got here in time.
I was looking for a unique way to ask the godparent of my child to be the godparent and I came across this. It came and looked excatly how it was in the image.
Adorable little personalized cocktail napkins, but $8.28 is crazy to ship such a lightweight little thing.
I only needed a small amount of thank you cards and Zazzle was easy to work with

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
