Waited a little too long before ordering a custom gift for a bridal shower. I placed an order with expedited shipping assuming I'd have to drop the gift off mid week but to my surprise my gift arrived 2 days early! This was my first time using zazzle & I was very happy with my experience.

Our custom acrylic wedding sign came earlier than expected and was exactly as we wanted. It is beautiful and so pretty! We're very satisfied with our order.
I have always had a great experience with Zazzle until this order. The card came out great however, one of the main reasons I selected this card was that it stated it came with an envelope. The problem is they shipped the card in the envelope so not only did it have shipping labels all over it, it was filthy! Please consider shipping in an outer box for the next customer!

I bought 3 identical ties for my wedding, blueish-grey with wildflowers. The flower colors in the picture appear very crisp and vivid. The ties I received are a nice blueish-grey material, but I'm so sad that the wildflower pattern is muted and looks blurry.

Dazzle has many colors, types and templates to create your own invitations and still get them printed professionally printed. They come quickly and are of good quality.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
