I placed an order on Nov 12 with Zavvi. I received a confirmation email letting me know they would notify me when my order was "dispatched". After hearing nothing I contacted them and they said my order was shipped and should be received between Nov 24-26. I finally got a tracking # that shows my order has been sitting in NJ for the last 4 days. It's now the 30th and customer service is useless.
Koop als EU-lid nooit bij Zavvi! Zij claimen op hun website dat er geen extra kosten zijn als EU-bewoner maar niets is minder waar. Een aankoop van 23,45€ krijgt een additionele 22€ voor tax en import. Na contact met de verkoper verwijzen ze fijntjes naar de algemene voorwaarden die anders zijn dan deze op hun FAQ ivm Brexit en verzending.

I ordered some shirts and one of them came in the wrong size. They expect me to pay for return postage for them to send me a replacement. They are the worst customer service I have seen and have no business doing business in the USA. Don't Buy Here!
Its been over a month of me trying to get a simple refund for some funko pops they sent me that were completely crushed and worthless by the time i got them they are not taking any responsibility they just keep sending messages to send them pictures i've already done that multiple times still no solution im out of over $80
This was my first foray into buying lego from a website other than bricklink.com. And oh boy was it a mistake.
I cancelled one item from my order first due to a delivery estimate of 4 weeks from the purchase date. That was successful. The Issue came when I tried to cancel the whole order with the last pending item. I found the item cheaper elsewhere with a much faster shipping estimate. It was stuck on processing cancellation for a week before I contacted customer service.
All they did for me was tell me that the item 'wasn't cancelled', they made no attempt to cancel it. I then asked them specifically to cancel it, waited a day before it miraculously reached the dispatch process then they replied they couldn't do anything.
Do not buy from this website, source your Lego from a reputable seller on Bricklink.

Im taking legal action against this company after they havent refunded me £235.00 for a item i returned they said they needed to do this via paypal which i provided and 3 and half weeks later still nothing. When i message all they tell me now is customer relations are dealing with it and they cant help. Theft of customers refunds something dodgy going on here stay clear of this company
I'm really surprised by the reviews, I guess only dissatisfied and angry customers come here to vent. Anyways, I have been ordering from both zavvi.com and zavvi.es for several years now (you can see in the picture that I have five pages of purchases) and never had a problem with them. Once, they lost a parcel and I got quickly refunded, but I had made plenty of other purchases from them and never ever had an issue.
Terrible company. The website has inaccurate descriptions of movies you want to buy (ie. Region playback). 4K is region free but BluRays are not. I was lead to believe that the blurays would play in my country being "region free". They would not. Money wasted. Cancelled an upcoming release as I knew I would be disappointed when it arrived so I emailed and received a confirmation that my order was cancelled. Well guess what? I was still billed and my order still shipped. My orders have been 2-3 weeks late. And the order that I cancelled? No problem. I could return, at my own cost, for a full refund. Shopping was more than the purchase. Get bent Zavvi. You are one of the worst.
As I've written on this site before, Zavvi is great when no issues arise. When there are problems, however, customer service is useless. I've had to deal with them a few times and am convinced they just cut and paste responses ( which may or may not be relevant) so the next representative has to deal with the issues.
Depending on what the issue is. Damaged goods, unshipped goods, etc, my advise is this.!) Call your credit card company. File a claim and get a claim reference #.
2) Call the shipper ( ie Fedex, UPS, etc). File a claim and get a claim reference #.
3) Reference these claim #s when messaging or live chatting with representatives.
4) Take screenshot of ALL messages and download transcripts of ALL live chats.
5) The feedback email to the hutgroup doesn't work. Mailbox was full as of 12/13/2022. Instead, email the CEO at *******@thehutgroup.com
6) When I contacted the CFPB ( Consumer Financial Protection Bureau,) I was told to contact the FTC ( Federal Trade Commission.) You can file a claim/ask for advise as they handle internet retail services. https://www.ftc.gov/

Ordered Darth Vader helmet for a birthday gift on 3/7, it is now 9/7 and still no idea when parcel is to be delivered? Been showing at depot all week when tracked on website

Two weeks now since placed order Zavvi have replied with generic messages on numerous occasions that I can't cancel order as it's being delivered? According to inpost Hermes have lost it no one knows where it is

Zavii order number ******* Been jerked around for weeks now, missing items will not be delivered, customer service is not doing anything to fulfill the order. Never ever will i place another order. Stay away from this seller.
None of my orders were fulfilled properly, none of my items came within 5 weeks or later, 1 out 10 items had damage, and when I left, they refused to close my account, as a former customer now I'm on here so everyone knows to stay clear of these guys, they tell lies about resolving problems and issues, none of which have ever, ever been sorted, they also steal from my account for no reason! But something that should be noted is your ignored, no matter what it is they do nothing, none of my items arrived on time and only 1 out of 10 come undamaged, for a review I'd say stay well clear, don, t go there, as you end up having to do their work for them. And the type cast response when they respond is always a resolved issue, not true none of the issues or problems were resolved,
Do not order internationally from Zavvi, they are scamming you.
On the home page they promise you that they send most stuff out from UK, and that EU customers won't have to pay any extra fees due to Brexit. This is plain lying. They send most of the stuff from Guernsey. Not only that, they also doesn't send them out together, but in individual parcels, which makes the custom fees go up as every parcel get their own base fee.
On a direct question to the customer service I asked them "Can I pay these fees and be certain that you refund me for them", and got the reply that yes as long as I've sent them the receipts.
But, no refunds. So they actually lie straight in your face too.
The customer service is very bad overall, hard to get a hold on, and when you do, you get bumped around between different guys for every message, and they promise you things and stall things, and then nothing happens. When asked 1 month later, the request was "missing". When asked another month later, the request was rejected without word.
Avoid Zavvi for your own sake if you live in the EU. Avoid Zavvi for solidarity if you live in the UK.
Never received my item. Shipping originally said 5 business days... then they tell you it can take 30 (only after you inquire after a week). No 30 days have passed, never received my item and they have not responded to my request for refund.
After over a month I still have not received my item despite being told it will arrive by 29 January (now 17 February). No one will refund me. I am out of pocket and have tried to get a refund multiple times.
I ordered two sweaters that were labeled as being able to fit children up to thirteen years old, but they were way too small for my 11 year olds. The sweaters were supposed to be black, but they were dark brown. They sent me one sweater, despite the fact that I paid for two. I had to message them through their website (because they wont communicate through email) and ask them to send me my full order. It took several weeks for them just to ship it. Now I have been waiting for weeks for them just to send me my return slip. I checked my account on their website, and all of the messages that were sent between us are just gone. I intend to open a payment dispute through my credit card. I wish I never made the mistake of shopping with Zavvi.
I wish there was a zero star option! I ordered two Lego advent calendars for my kids in November 2020 that never came. They told me they couldn't track them because the order went out of a warehouse in Guernsey that "they can't track shipments out of" but they show it shipped out, so there was nothing they could do. I am so mad I want to cry. $64 is a lot for some people now and I am one of those people. Please order from somewhere legitimate! This site is not.

I ordered a christmas present 1 month early so I could ensure I got it on time. Expected delivery date was dec 11th, time went on and on and I still to this day don't have my order. I had to tell my brother his present was coming. I don't think it's ever coming.
I have been speaking with customer service for over 2 weeks they have tossed me around to 4 different employees instead of dealing just one. They said they would give me a refund then asked to confirm details of my order 3 times! Then ANOTHER employee said they can't do anything unless I make an account with the email address I ordered with even after confirming all details and ANOTHER employee allowing a refund.
All of this to say, this is the worst experience I have ever had online shopping. Don't do it.
I ordered an item and I wasn't told that my order was delayed until I emailed customer service to inquire about it. I then sent multiple requests about my delivery date that went unanswered — inquiring about changing my delivery address because I was going to be away from my home for several days and was worried it would suddenly arrive and be stolen from my porch. They eventually informed me that that a change of shipping address (even for an order that has not yet been packed) wasn't possible and canceled my order instead. I suspect that they actually ran out of the item I ordered — which is no longer produced by its manufacturer, was on clearance, and stopped being available on their site the day after I ordered it — and that they were just going to leave my order pending without notifying me that they ran out of it.
BEWARE SELLER. I have email exchanges with zavvi regarding sending opened items. I Reported them to Better Business Bureau, Federal trade commission and filed a dispute against zavvi with my bank. I sent pics of a $666 order and they offered a measley 10% off. I agreed to get it over with. They told me to close the dispute with my bank. I closed it and they still didnt give me a 10% refund. They sent collectible action figures opened... outter box removed and theyve given me a hard time since Day 1.

Answer: I felt the same way! Nowhere on the site does it say 30 days until you get your product. Then you can live chat but they avoid the questions that are most important. Then you try to contact then through email and you get blown off that way too. Then I read the reviews here. I didn't think I'd get it anytime soon. My order came in 4 days after purchase! Just got it. I may give them another chance. Hang in there!
