I purchased a EVPad Pro for US $118 (good oversea price)+ $16 DHL express shipping.
After the purchase, I saw the seller (Zapals) reviews and was really worried. The scare turns out to be unwarranted. The item arrived in 8 days in new, good, satisfactory and working conditions.
It took them 4 days to generate the shipment information, 6 days for the parcel to be picked up by DHL and only 2 1/2 days for DHL delivery from Hong Kong to US east coast (including custom clearance, pretty fast. DHL was great).
The customer service personnel are poor in English, unprofessional, but they responded to inquiries, though their answers were not very helpful and kind of funny.
After all, I think Zapals is a young startup company. Give them a chance
To improve.

Better than expected

I don't usually review online shops, but this time I think it deserves. Here's my story, I've purchase DJI Mavic Pro on Zapals.com on the 15th of Feb 2017. The order process was smooth and the website accepted PayPal payment which is excellent. I've waited for a few days, however the status of the order remained the same "processing". Not having previous experience with Zapals, I've began researching reviews and found it had a lot of negative feedback online. Needless to mention I got worried - it's not a small purchase. I've started emailing Zapals customer service to find out the progress of the order. On the 25th I finally received a tracking number for the order and on the 27th my DJI Mavic arrived. Everything looks in order, no damage during delivery and less than 10 days from China is impressive. I have to say that when people have poor experience they tend to review the online shop, but when it's positive nothing happens. I have to say that my experience (only one order but worth over $1500) was very positive!

Paid a lot of money for a DJI Phantom Drone, early December, it is now february and still no delivery, tracking/shipping details at a standstill, numerous amounts of emails and phone enquiries with local postal service states that item was not scanned into their system, therefore not shipped from China, Zapals customer service states that they have shipped and cannot see why it has not been delivered yet, please check with postal service? Hello, I have checked and I have updated email to customer service almost daily since not receiving my item after the 5 - 8 days (including allowing Christmas and New Year) and still no delivery. It is now being disputed by Paypal, which also may take another month to see whether I am entitled to a refund. This is a lot of money to take from someone and not send an item. Buyer Beware, I wish I was warned before purchase, I would have bought locally.

I ordered a smart watch with heart rate monitor from Australia, they ordered the product even without delay. Good quality as I was searching for my brother during long time. Its White cold light and 1.3 inch IPS big screen attracted my brother to buy, and I gifted him on his birthday.

It is a lovely coat with full costume for my pet. It keeps my dog warm and clean from dust. Also very easy to wear. Nice dress for pet I ever saw. Thanks Zapals.

I ordered an apple computer charger from them over a month ago. They said it will arrive in 7-15 business days. I asked for a refund as I have not received the charger and it has been around 35-40 days. They said it's still on its way. The USPS tracking shows absolutely no update since 4 weeks ago in china. It's obviously lost somewhere but they are not taking responsibility for their product not making it to me. Their customer service is terrible! Do not shop on this website! I give them a -5 on scale of 1-10. What a waste of time and money.

They sent me a promotional screen saver for my phone(anti-crack). Which came to me cracked in many places. I ask them for a new one, here's their response: the terms for the promotion show no return or exchange, there is no replacement for the damaged one.
