I recently ordered an Chuwi Tablet from Zapals, and it was definitely a painless experience compared to what I get used to. I also called in about an unrelated issue with my older Pad, and wasn't really sure about the extent of support i could get without international warranty. Fortunately it turned out to be nothing that couldn't be fixed with a system restore, and the CSR helped me within a very reasonable amount of time

The Zapals website was incredibly professional and appealing. Prices were reasonable although some items I was interested in were out of stock. We received the items within a month and found that the company always packaged them safely (lots of bubble wrap). A coupon from a catalog made the sale even sweeter. Thanks so much

I was pleased with my recent purchase of eight samsun micro sd cards. My only concern was that this order was shipped in two separate shipments... But with free shipping this was not a really big issue.

All products arrived in perfect condition wrapped in protective packaging. The seller answered all my questions exhibiting great patience and I also got all help I needed (since I lack experience in international shopping). A million thanks to Zapals

This is the second purchase I have done with Zapals. The first purchase was a Roidmi 3S and the Second Purchase is a Tablet PC both are good quality. The Roidmi 3S came PERFECT just as listing had described the price was great and the service was A++. I would never purchase a vehicle electronics without consulting at live chat and I suggest you do the same. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

This is a decent on-line store I have ever encountered, a website where I can actually communicate with a helpful person, rather than the machine or automatic person about my need. What's more, CRS person actually do know the product very well.
I am glad with the service and will recommend this store to my acquaintances.

It was pleasant with the service I have received from Zapals. They are easy to reach and set up communication. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. They have solved our technical issues. We rarely had any issues after purchase but when we did, they took care of us efficiently. Thank you Zapals!

Don't buy a thing from these crooks, I ordered a 2016 Bluetooth Xbox One controller, which was meant to arrive within 5-8 days.
16 days later, I received a cheap, clearly fake, 2013 Edition of the original Xbox One Controller.
The plastic was thin and obviously poorly made, and upon putting batteries in the back, I realised the Microsoft warranty seal had been forged in attempt to look authentic, but hadn't been stuck on properly.
After inserting batteries, I found the real kicker.
IT DIDN'T EVEN WORK.

Complaining to Zapals via email, they made me jump through hoops, which lasted for over a week of sending them the SAME pictures of the product, and several videos of it "not working".

They eventually said I could send it back and they MIGHT refund me, but I would need to pay for the postage.
Demanding they pay for postage as it's their mistake, they wanted a quote, which was roughly £50, and they were VERY quick to issue a refund when they realised their bogus product would cost them more to get it back than to just refund and abandon it.

I urge you, don't touch Zapals with a 50ft pole!

I bought a Inflatable Halloween Costumes from this store last month. Everything went smoothly, quite fast shipping. Very nice customer service, quick response to my emails

One of earphones needed adjustments twice over the last two months. I mailed up Zapals but didn't expect much since these were relatively inexpensive entry level earphone. To my surprise, they stood up behind their commitment and provided wonderful warranty service

Ordered a game product, which took about 1.5 month to arrive from China. Zapals kept in contact with me for the order status and dispatched it to me as soon as it arrived their warehouse. No hassle, efficient service. Would surly do business again

Zapals promotes brand name products at amazing prices, but you really get knockoffs of the real thing. Zapals told us when we did some researching that they don't have to adhere to the business practices we use in the USA because they are in China and they can sell whatever they want there. I put it to the test and ordered a NES system and I got a no name system that was broken and arrived late. No refunds or exchanges, the company does not call you back and we are ranking this company a buyer beware! 1 Star because we could not leave zero stars.

Purchased An item from them, got a shipping confirmation email, checked with DHL as the tracking order number kept stating not found, Called DHL they don't have any order and don't have anything from that company.
Guessing I have lost my money.
Should have checked their review's before hand.
