I placed an order 2 weeks ago with this company. I received a confirmation email with the order I placed. I was told I would receive an email when the items shipped. I never received that email. I contacted them twice through email and they will not return a call or email to me. I checked my credit card online to see if payment went through and this company charged my credit card $41.00 when the item I ordered (and the confirmation email) stated the item price was $29.00. Do not do business with this company if you value getting something for your hard earned money. All they did was rip me off.
I have never had to take to the internet complain about a company before but I now make this exception for Zapals.
I ordered a PS4 controller from them and when it arrived it was faulty. I have been emailing them since the 31st of Jan and all I have received is automated responses. It is now the 19th of Feb and not a peep from a real person. Absolutely disgusting service. I will never use them again!
I ordered 5 orders and they are more than 2 months ago and they haven't arrived yet. Some items arrived. I emailed Zapals about these and after 4 days they still haven't replied to me yet. No product, no reply, nothing. Very disappointed with this company. Will probably use Aliexpress again. At least they have a rating system and we can dispute transactions. This one we can't.
Another 1 star added and hope people stay away from this company and give it a bad name it deserves.
A customer pays for an item and gets no response and no product should be punished for their actions. Unfortunately there is no international Ombudsman to adjudicate this matter.
1 star is the the least I could do to warn others. Heed this warning.
PS: I did receive some products from this site. Most of it actually but when a few items don't arrive and there is no response then it is not a pleasant way to do business with.
Take your business to eBay or Aliexpress.
They sent me counterfeit AKG headphones and refused to refund unless i shipped them back with expensive tracking post, to by paid by me!
They are using Chinese knockoffs. Bad quality and wont refund money. Ordered 4 earbuds for iPhone 7. All 4 came after weeks of waiting bad sound quality and 1 earbud didn't work on ea set. They won't refund

It is do depressing that there are companies out there taking advantage of people like this and that it is allowed to happen. I placed an order with Zapals.com unfortunately before reading these reviews. The order arrived with a knockoff of the Fingerling product (even though it was falsely advertised as a Fingerling) and the other item I ordered was not even in the package, they sent me a completely different product (of much lesser value of course). This company is a scam, they took advantage of all of us at Christmas by posting lower prices on items or by showing they had stock in items that we could not find elsewhere, yet they had no intention of providing to us what we ordered. I am disputing the entire charge with my credit card company. I want NOTHING to do with Zapals.com and we can't let them get away with doing fraudulent business.
BAD EXPERIENCE. So first of all the delivery was very late (2 weeks), then once arrived they had sent out the wrong product. I have emailed, messaged via facebook and instagram and contacted their help page on their website and no reply. Shocking, would NOT recommend!

I ordered a Christmas gift for my 5 year old on the 10th, I never received an e-mail stating my product had been shipped so on the 20th (10 days later) i sent an e-mail to customer support regarding that and the next day (21st) i got the e-mail saying it was shipped but no response from customer support. I searched in the tracker with the tracking number to see where it was being shipped out of and my item and shipment were not found. The next day I go to the tracking site again and it is finally there saying it was accepted and being shipped from China and will be here in 7-15 days! I still had not received a response from customer support team either. So I sent another e-mail asking why it took so long to be sent out and explained this was a Christmas gift for a 5 year old. All I got was a response saying here is my tracking number, it was sent out on the 21st and shipping is usually 7-15 days and hopefully it will be there sooner. No explanation as to why it took 11 days to be sent out in the 1st place (there was nothing saying it was out of stock when i was looking on the site), or even any compassion for the fact this this is a Christmas gift for a child that won't be here on time. I've heard Zapals is the leading global shopping site, so you would think they would have Christmas in mind and want to make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. NOPE! Now I am going to have a 5 year old on Christmas morning upset and disappointed that Santa (that he barely believes in any more thanks to the older kids at school - and that I had to convince this year that he was real and to prove it he will get what he asked Santa for) didn't bring him the only gift he asked for and his heart will probably be broken thinking there is no more Santa thanks to the kids at school and lack of care from Zapals.
I placed and order in early November and they say they shipped it but I have nothing. I had emailed customer service 3 times now and I have gotten no responses from them. I will never order from them again.

I ordered from them, they took payment, and generated a shipment email swiftly with a tracking ID. After 7 days (delivery on order was 5-8 days) I tried to track the package, but the ID for royal mail isn't valid. I've contacted them, only to get a reply saying the ID is the right one, and that it's a busy time of year, so be patient, but cannot give me an estimated arrival date.
I am not happy. I would not have ordered if there was no assurance of delivery before christmas. They were quick to respond when I was querying my order, but since asking for a refund they are strangely quiet.
I ordered from Zepals on 26/10/17, they received my order on 27/10/17, shipment confirmed 28/10/17. Received my order approximately 14 days later. On opening the order I noticed that the plastic screw that holds the fuse in on the 12v socket was broken. I sent Zepals an email on the14/11/17 to make them aware of the broken screw. I received an automated reply stating that someone would be in touch. Heard nothing. On the 23/11/17 I sent them another email making them aware that I was not happy. Received another automated reply, but still not heard anything else. It is now 3/12/17 still not heard anything. Have now given up all hope.
I just got an email from Zapals that said they are processing my order and will ship soon. Right, they already charged my credit card. Given the horrible reviews that I've seen online, I canceled the order and canceled the charge on my credit card. I tried to do a review of this on Trustpilot and the site asks for my order number and email address so Zapal can address my concern. This tells me that this is a Zapals controlled site.
You will never get your items or your money back! SCAM, SCAM SCAM! Don't believe the good ratings, they are fake accounts from ZAPALS. Shame on this company for stealing money! I have been waiting for months for my items and a refund or even for someone to answer my emails! Shame on Zapals!
They have stolen $300 from me by sending me a faulty phone and taking over a month to deliver it then taking weeks to get a response about the faulty phone so I can send it back which I did at my expense then no response for 6 weeks to my emails until I put a bad review on another site & then ask me to remove the bad review and they will fix the phone. Well no way zapals you are liers and thieves Don't go near them you will lose your hard earned money.
I placed an order more than 34 DAYS. Still waiting. I was told I need to wait 59 WORKING DAYS to get it. I guess they ship by boat and bike.
I bought a product that didn't work. Contacted customer support. They wanted me to produce a detailed video of the product not working! Here's their text:

It's a China/Hong Kong company, so they have a lot of cheap products that don't work or are not properly tested before being sent out from the factory.
Recommend avoiding.
I made an online purchase. My card was charged immediately. A month later I get an email that the item wasn't in stock and that it would take 7-10 days to refund my money. Five weeks without my own money for nothing.
Im a country teacher and usually am happy with stuff online especially amazon and ebay. I dont purchase lots but Zapals it by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They offer a 30 day 100% full refund satisfaction guarantee BUT when you try to claim it the form is for a Chinese address and nowhere does it say guarantee OH yes and the post back is paid by you even though the post came from a Sydney address. It is a scam if you have to return anything. I am contact consumer affairs. Also they are so slow in replying. The problem is that the product is defective BUT they dont want to hear about it as it works but when you turn it off etc it resets and doesnt record. Anyway the product is one thing BUT they are truly not worth it - use ebay or something.
After submitting e mails, videos, Zapals will not agreed that their product is defective, after 3 weeks with customer services, still waiting for a solution, will not buy from them again. Bewarecof Zapals
I bought Xiaomi Redmi Note4 4G Smartphone Order #******* from them in May and i got it after a month. After inspection i came to know that the product was slightly used seems like somebody has already returned it for some reason, well i still tried to keep it but i found the sim card slot defective and then i knew the reason. Hense i send them all the pictures and a 10 min video of it, still they were not satisfied and were making excuses. I finally made them to send it back but they were asking me to returned the package as cheap as possible. It's been almost 5 months since i send it and they keep on insisting that they havn't get any return. I talked to usps and they said they can't track it since it was a cheap service. I lost $185 including shipping and i am still waiting but they stop replying. I request you guys not to deal with them specially if the product is expensive. If they were a good company they would have returned my money by now, but they are cheap as hell. I will keep you guys updated. Thanks

Answer: BC u never get your orders. The bogus tracking #s... Poor customer service who deletes request for info on orders! 60 plus days 3 orders still waiting!
