I bought Type-C cables for my phone, and it works great and provide fast transmission. Love it! Met some issue of payment, somehow with patience from zapals csr and timing it works out perfectly.

I placed an order with Zapals on August 6th, 2018. They sent me a
Confirmation and tracking number - HK Post #**************.

It's been way over a month and I still have not received the order. I wrote to them about 4 times, but no one ever responded - so I finally had to open a case with Paypal.

Now when I sign into my account there, it says that I have NO orders placed with them! Bunch of crooks, stay away from this company!

This is the first time that I ordered from Zapals and I had an overall great customer experience. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. I was also impressed with the timely manner in which I received my merchandise

The item's box was opened but taped shut, and it was in perfect condition. Just what I needed. The oem parts matched perfectly. Not to mention the excellent savings on the oem parts. Very satisfied with the whole purchase. Will buy from Zapals again

Please avoid this company. I ordered a high frequency wand (order number: *******, shipment number *******), but never received it. I was told it takes between 7 and 45 days to deliver the order. However, after 45 days I was told it could take up to 75 days to receive an order, but to give them time until 15 August. This date is also long gone, but no reaction from them. I requested a refund, yet there is only silence from their side. I do not ever receive a reply to my email. They are happy to take your money, but do not deliver the order and are not willing to refund either.

It sounds a bit unbelievable to say they met my every expectation, and I am confident if I have any issues they will help me resolve them.

We've used this type of Drone multiple times for our school and they are AWESOME!

The freebie arrived on 3rd Friday, ahead of the expected delivery time of the date. I was somewhat concerned about using four colors in the tiny image, but the freebie look fantastic! I'm extremely pleased and would highly recommend it to my friends
