This Website Is a Joke!

This website is a joke because I ordered Makey Makey sets(Makey Makey MK Set Deluxe Kit with USB Cable Electronic Invention Tool) for school in March 2019 and I have yet to receive them or get my money back! I sent them multiple emails and every time would get the same generated response: Your message has been received. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We are always extremely happy to provide the very best support to our customers.

Our Customer Support member will review your ticket and reply to you very soon. Generally, this is within 24 hours (except during weekends and public holidays).

Thank you very much for your patience and support for zapals.

This is terrible and I don't know how they can get away with this!

I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission but I haven't been reimbursed!

I am quite furious!

Waiting on delivery of 6 items purchased on line (via PayPal) up to 6 months ago.
Despite numerous attempts to contact support I have been ignored. They initially gave me a support ticket ID... but that is all!

Tried to rectify this through PayPal but after 9 emails from 7 different people in PP support and sending the transaction details 5 times... I have (just about) quit!

Then it turns out the item is a FAKE product!
Horrible useless customer service!

I placed an order with Zapals and paid for express shipping, supposed to ship in 2-7 days. I never got a shipping confirmation. After a week I emailed their customer service about the shipping status. No respond, after a week I emailed again, still no respond. A month has passed. I paid with my PayPal account so I contacted them. PayPal contact Zapals, they too never got a response. PayPal refunded my money. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from this company. This is a SCAM!

Hello, I have tried twice to buy an item in Zapals. In both cases, the deliver lead time has expired and I haven't had any news from them. In addition to that, when I contacted theIr customer attention service, I was told they were coming back to me in 24 hours, which has never occurred. It's a good thing I paid by Paypal, because in both cases I have had to place a claim in Paypal to get my money back, after having spent a lot of time waiting for any news from Zapals. From my point of view, is a fake shop, it takes your money and don't have any further news from them. They always give the same excuse when thy finally have to give an answer to Paypal, that they are too busy.

My Z 18 Bracelet

I bought this bracelet and then the pedometer stopped tracking. Customer service was quick and responsive and all I had to do was charge it. I love it and am buying a few more.

I paid the premium price for shipping to get my order by a specified date. Zapals missed that date by weeks. I have sent 3 emails requesting my premium shipping cost to be refunded. Each email receives a ticket number, then nothing else - no refund, no reply, nothing. I would not recommend this company.

Bought a Xiaomi foldable walking pad, they took the money (make sure to use Paypal), order was processing since 2 weeks, chat with them, they complete the order. Fedex Hong Kong shipment, very well packaged (2 boxes) delivered by Fedex Canada with custom fees to pay. Had to do a lot of research (chinese user manual only), email them a few times they never answer even if they say that customer service is their top priority. 220 V device that comes with a chinese plug; had to buy and adaptor and a voltage converter. Out of the box speed blocked at 3 km, must scan the QR code in the manual, download the app and program the device with your smartphone. When done, speed up to 6 km and I can use it with the remote only (phone is to keep statistics). Important: put the pad on the floor to program it, on a rug, the automated mode is not recognized by the sensors and the pad stops. On the floor, you can complete the programming process with your smartphone. It was a long journey, but it was worthwhile. Super nice-foldable-sturdy pad for home training. Hidden under my couch. I kept the packing box just in case.

Very sad pathetic review, no customer care contact and even email response if after a month or in case issue never.
I never received my product and was stuck in customs, i believe that it should be taken care by Zapals why this is notified after the product is bought?
I had surprise that customs is more than the original price of product. Don't even open their website or purchase.

Scam

I have ordered a Portable Lightning to HDMI Adapter for iPhone/iPod/iPad since 11th of May 2018, and it did not arrive. Two and a half month later, I made a complaint on the 31 July 2018 and I was advised my Zou to check with all the local post offices without further assistance as to which post offices. I have spent another four and a half months to check with all the local post offices. I was tired and extremely upset with the service, so I requested a full refund of the product on the 7th of December 2018. According to Zuo, the refund was granted and refunded back into my account, but until today they still cannot provide me a proof of refund and into which account. Whenever I emailed them, they reply with an automatic respond from the system saying that they will get back to you within 24 hours, but as expected nothing happens. This is the worst customer service from online purchasing I have ever experience.

Thieves!

They didn't deliver 3 out 10 orders. This never happened with Gerbest or Rosegal. They do not respond to tickets. Orders #*******241 and #*******266 were probably never sent (5 months passed) and the order #*******711 is stuck with "Preocessing" status after 2 months passed. I filed the tickets for the first two but no answer.

Order never arrived.
Support tickets never responded to.
Emails never responded to.
It is a complete scam.

Also, sitejabber should do a better job of filtering out bogus reviews. You will see that there is not one single positive reviewer that has posted more than 1 review - a sure sign that these are bogus reviews from zapals - a common Chinese scam.

UPDATE:
I took this up with HSBC/Mastercard who raised a challenge against Zapals - the outcome of which was them being fined I think since Mastercard refunded me. So, if you have been scammed by them as well and paid via Credit Card then be sure to take it up with the card company who will then fine the scum!

Not a reliable company

Not worth the time or money to spend. Made a purchase payment posted never updated information when asked customer service about it no acknowledgement State payment was in review however monies have been taken out of my account and yet no update on the order that I wanted to pay for when I said that I would dispute an excuse came up and my money was refunded even though it was supposedly not received on their end do not buy from this company. Instead an excuse of shipping delays was given and no acknowledgement of the original problem also very hard to communicate due to no customer service number and only email correspondence and the person on the other end seems to not even understand the situation and will not even acknowledge what you're actually telling them very bad I will never shop here again.

Money Stealing Company!

I ordered a product on December 2,2018. Debited the price immediately from my CC. No more response from Zapals. I send several emails for not receiving my ordered product. Always, receive an immediate auto response saying that they will contact me within 24 hrs. However, no contact or answer to my questions. Then I contacted the CC Bank. They accepted my request and gave me refund of the stolen money by Zapal. Also, they are trying to contact Zapal and proceed with investigation. Zapals is a real cheater and is stealing money from customers. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ZAPAL!
