I have been waiting for any type of confirmation or information about my purchase for almost a month. They have not answered email after email and they will not respond to anything regarding tracking, or delivery.

I ordered 2 suits after 3 weeks none had been sent i asked for a refund for 2 weeks leeding up to 3 weeks their response was bad luck due to their policys so i got my bank to refund the transactions. They did send one suit it was very poor quality and un wearable and they wanted me to send it back at my cost after the bank refunded it this is the quality of service you will recieve.

No tracking number ever received. Emails that weren't genuine. You can't actually speak to a real person. I've requested a refund and no action.

I ordered one of the Zapaka dresses for a party because they promised delivery in a week. That was a lie and they just updated the shipping to 4 weeks as it's coming from China! Beware!

The worse site I have ever encountered
It's been over 2 weeks now and I still haven't received my order….
Mind you I paid extra $45 for express shipping
4-7 days TWO WEEKS later it still hasn't even left the warehouse!
I keep getting excuses about the time of year, is busy and thank you for your patience….
We will get back to you when we know more regarding your order!
When asked for a refund their response …….
We will refund you your express shipping fee, however not the entire amount because I didn't cancel my order in a 24 hour period!
Joke! Don't waste your time ordering from this site

It does not deserve a rating…. 0 I would give it however I can't submit my response without giving a rating

I ordered a dress on February 14, it was marked with "ships within 48 hours"
Today February 29, the dress is still not on its way, I have a party on Saturday.
And all they do is telling me that it's packed and ready for shipment.

Don't buy anything from a this page…
And they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced…

I ordered a dress that I'd like to return. They give you 7 days. I emailed everyday, called, & tried to IM. They completely ignored me. And now I am stuck with a dress wondering if they are going to also steal my ID / credit card info.

Placed an order 1/31/2024 (ORDER ZAPAKAUS*******) and have emailed their service team (*******@zapaka.com) with no response. Also called the number that is tied to the credit card charge which occurred 2/1/2024 and got a voicemail of which a message waso left.

Still no response on my order update request.
