Just don't do it! I wanted to return my order as the dresses were not at all like the images. Turns out their returns are in China and would be $60 and over a month to return. This is not stated anywhere in their site. I spoke to customer service who admitted that the dresses are made to match the photo. The photo is not actually of the dress you are purchasing! Very unhelpful, just kept telling me I was responsible for shipping. Absolutely a scam! Save yourself the money and the headache!

Dreadful! I paid for express delivery £16 extra for my order of two 1920s Black and white dresse and accessories to arrive in time for Halloween, didnt arrive in time! Instead I had to order some more dresses from Amazon prime which i think the dresses are of better quality. Extremely disappointed dont bother wasting your money!. Ive requested a refund and still waiting for a response, looking at other reviews im also dreading this process and fuming the fact you have to pay to return your items back to China

I received several dresses in small, one of which is labelled small but is a good inch smaller than the others. After weeks of nagging they claim to have refunded me two weeks ago. They haven't and are continuing to be avoidant. Don't buy from here!

My dress hasn't shown up yet, it's been days. I need it on the ninth for homecoming, and the tracking number won't work. It's saying there been a shipping label placed for it, but that's all. It said september 30th, then the first of october, now the 4th. It still isn't here, it's the 4th.

Purchased 2 items in good faith and paid an additional £16.99 for a speedy delivery. Items did not arrive in time. ( contacted customer service a number of times to no avail) unfortunately they arrived after my event so I need to return, They now expect me to
Pay shipping costs back to China. Also trying to offer me a 10% refund to not return.
Items are more fancy dress, very poor quality. Would not recommend

If you purchase a dress from this website and need to return it, be prepared to pay shipping costs to China. Nowhere on their website do they state that all returns have to go to China. The shipping costs will be more than anything you purchase on their site. This is unethical business practice and they need to be reported.

I bought this dress for my prom, and it's absolutely stunning! It took exactly a month to arrive, including processing and shipping. It took quite a while to process, and I was worried it wouldn't be here on time but once processing was complete, it was shipped in a week! I would definitely recommend custom fit, I'm very tall so that was the best option for me, and it's not massively expensive. The quality isn't awful, it's no designer brand, but it's very good for the money. I would also say that the dress has a slight pink undertone to it, but I had no problem with that. Unfortunately my prom has been cancelled, so I won't actually be able to wear this stunning dress for prom, but I had a nice experience with this company and would definitely recommend it for buying dresses - just make sure to order the dress at least 1 or 2 months in advance for your event.

Some of the reviews I have read about this site were awful but I ordered this dress cause it was beautiful, it arrived very quickly the sizing was perfect and the quality is lovely, I's wearing it for my son's wedding with nude accessories x so glad I bought it worth every penny x

Unless you are positive it will fit and arrive on time, DO NOT ORDER anything from here.
They have false advertising for fast delivery and easy returns.
Delivery was definitely not fast and I am getting the run around on trying to return the dresses that did not arrive in time for my event. Also bought dresses for more than one person and I am told they do not encourage buying multiple in different sizes and is against policy. What?!
Return shipping to China is on you and they try to exhaust you so that you get frustrated and don't even bother sending things back. It's pretty sickening and time consuming.
Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else!

This was the 7th dress I had bought online to be worn by my daughter for her to attend a wedding. None of the other six from other retailers looked like they did in the photos but this dress did. Very pleased and a great price too. Would recommend.
