I texted them on a number I found on their website and emailed two different emails multiple times and they still haven't gotten back to me. Honestly they blew my mind away I was scared but I ordered the dress on Friday 3/17/23 and didn't receive any email for my order but the next day I received a text notification letting me know my package was shipped. Fast forward 3 days later DHL dropped my package in front of my door and the dress is AMAZING. Thank you Polly for your quick response

Tracking said item was delivered, nothing was ever delivered/received. Customer Service is non-existent with multiple emails being ignored.
Courier/Tracking website is in Chinese and impossible to follow up.

Horrible site. Just DO NOT order from here. They wanted me to pay $32 to send my wrong size dress back for a refund (There sizing charts are NOT accurate and the sent the wrong size dress) and told me to contact the change over faculty when it got to Asia. What?! They where just making it very confusing to send it back so I would keep the dress and not get a refund. And only gave me a 10 percent refund when I payed $70. The dress was also terrible quality. They pretend they are based In Australia when they are based in China! Postage is way overpriced. Corrupt company. DO NOT BUY.

Ive been trying to return a dress on order number ZAPAKAUS******* that I bought for my daughter for a week now. I was dealing with a girl named Polly on the service email and after sending multiple pictures to her showing that there's no tag on the dress nor a size tag (hmm is this dress even new), along with nothing on the packaging that she claimed should show it., She has ghosted me, no response for 2 days now. I want my money back so can someone please give me a USA return address that I can send this dress back and get refunded. Your website claims easy returns, this has not been easy.

We ordered a dress 6 weeks before the date we needed it. The website said it would ship in 8-12 business days. When we did not recieve notification that the dress had shipped, we contacted the service dept. They assured me that the dress would get here on time and they would put a rush on the dress. Tonight is my daughters dance and the dress is not here. They promise what they can not deliver. I will update the review if their customer service department handles the situation well.

I'm never buying from this cheap junk place again. Spent $143 on a dress, it didn't fit so organised a return. Posted it and provided all the evidence they required. Also provided photographic evidence of confirmation of delivery. Returned it on 29Dec and am still waiting on a refund. On 9 Feb company said 48 hours and it would be refunded. 15 Feb I'm still waiting and no response from company. Have had to open several PayPal disputes. Will be taking this further, these dodgy Chinese companies are criminal.

Placed order, received no emailed order confirmation. So right off the bat, I have no order #. Received gowns quickly, they are beautiful but didn't fit. They also came from a Chinese address w/ no packing slip. Emailed Zapaka three times to initiate a return (twice via regular email, once via Contact Us form on website), but never got a response. With a limited return window, there's a real sense of urgency in getting these dresses back. I am guessing that even if they did respond, it would cost more to ship these things back to China than I paid for them. Would never purchase from this company again, and if you purchase from them, you'd better be 100% certain you want to keep the dress.

HORRIBLE company that will not pay for their mistakes. I ordered a US4 for my daughter's prom and they sent a size 20 which equates to a US16. I did not realize this company was in China. They show a US address in North Carolina (abandoned bldg.) and a US phone number which I have called and is out of service. I was handed my package from the courier and I opened it immediately. Within minutes of receiving the wrong size, I emailed them. Their response was that it was past the 7 day return policy within receipt of the product so there was nothing they could do. That is obviously a canned response to anyone who contacts them. I have emailed them every single day since and they have ghosted me. No response and no admittance of error on their side. I have my emailed receipt from them clearly showing that I ordered a US4. Now it looks like I'm stuck with a very large dress and they are keeping my money. This company does just enough under the radar to steal your money. Their site should be taken down.

I ordered 3 dresses and a petticoat for a 50s themed party. I paid almost $50 for expedited shipping. They arrived on Jan 16th. I tried on the dresses and found only one that fit well - sizes were inconsistent. The others were too small in the top, the petticoat too large and scratchy. On all of their marketing materials and website this company claims to have "EASY RETURN AND EXCHANGE." Given that advertising across the top of their webpage, I assumed I had time to offer the dresses to a friend to try on (she is attending the same party). They were too small for her as well. I reached out to this company via email on 1/25 asking them to provide a return label for the items. I was thanked for "reaching out" LOL and then informed that their return policy required me to give them notification of my return within 7 days of receiving the items. I guess my 9 days was just too much for them to deal with... UNBELIEVABLE. I responded and asked them how they can call that "easy." They won't budge...stating they "sincerely apologize for the inconvenience" but they are "just strictly following our store protocol and return policy." Not only will they not let me return them, even if I did, I can see now I would've had to pay for return shipping. Why would anyone even bother ordering from this company? Truly not worth the additional expense to get it to you within a reasonable period and definitely not worth the drama, hoops, and headache if you need to return anything.

Ordered a dress for my daughter, it arrived while we where traveling for Christmas (arrived December 28th) I contacted them on Jan 7th to exchange the dress because it doesn't fit and they will not accept the exchange because it's been over 7 days. The dress came earlier than expected, and now I'm being penalized because I was not home. Tags are on and I wanted to exchange it not get a refund.
7 days is super insane, especially over a holiday when the dress arrived earlier than expected so I was not home.
I will NEVER order here again, save your money for a place that has better customer service.

Ordered 2 dresses for an event S
& M as unsure of sizing.Items took too long to come- placed order 16th November and arrived 9th December- by which time I was on holiday. On return emailed company to advise need to return they point blank refused as I didn't notify with 7 days. -As for product- the material used is very thing so you would be unable to wear anything under them. Answer: You can technically get a hold of them via the live chat but they are super unhelpful and slow. Terrible customer service.
