I ordered three dresses but they didn't fit properly so am trying to return them. Order # ZAPAKAUS******* - I have tried to reach the company via the email they tell you to write to, by the phone number they provide and most recently by Instagram. I messaged on Instagram and someone responded, but as soon as I said I needed to do a return, they never responded again.
This company loves to sell, but if anything isn't right, GOOD LUCK. I'm willing to pay the return shipping etc but they insist you contact them for a go-ahead before shipping a return back, but of course then will not respond to any of the supposed ways to reach them.
A total scam of a company. If I don't hear back from anyone by tomorrow, I will be filing a BBB complaint. It's really frustrating.

Over a week ago, I ordered a dress for my daughter to wear to prom. The dress arrived today. IT WAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DRESS!. And now there is no time for ZAPAKA to correct the order. This dress is not wearable. It's horrible looking. The embroidery on it is yarn and not embroidery thread, and it has embroidered words on it. Who would wear such a thing? I have sent two emails and I have yet to hear back from the company. I better get my money back.
The first photo is what we ordered. The second photo is what we got. Even if you blow it up, you can't see the words that are embroidered on this dress. They edited the photo so you can't see the words. No one would wear a dress to prom with embroidered lettering on their dress.

Oh my god, guys, do not order from here. They dont ship fast at all itll take forever, the communication is HORRIBLE. My prom is in a few days and i still dont have the dress that i ordered WEEKS ago and i was told it was gonna ship in 48 hours.

Ordered march 20th with 8-12 business days for shipping. We are now on day 17 (business day) and product is still somewhere in another state for the last 10 days. No cooperation, response, anything from the company. The worst customer service I have seen in a long time!

Bought shoes from them but the heel was higher than what was pictured on their website. Shoes were fine, good quality and comfortable, but it was not what was advertised and I needed lower heeled shoes. Not a problem as they advertised returns. When I attempted to contact them via email they instead blocked/rejected my email instead. Awful, unprofessional company with false advertising. Stay away.

I ordered on March 9th. I ordered 2 sizes for my daughter's prom. The dresses took so long to arrive I had to but another dress for her to wear to prom. They finally arrived March 31st and they DID NOT FIT. And we ftook measurements and followed their sizing guide. They also emailed me and said I could not order 2 so I said fine just send the size 18 and they sent both anyway and charged me for both. Of course their phone number is fake. You will never get an answer! When I email for return they say I have to send pictures? So I did 3 times and it's been days and no response. They're crooks. Please please don't buy from them! I will also be posting this on EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE REPEATEDLY! I am a hard working widow and I worked overtime to get these dresses for my daughter and now I can't get my money back. Such horrible disgusting people in the world!

Do not buy from this website! They sent the completely wrongly sized dress, had no shipping status and sent the dress a month late, and they didn't send the headband that I ordered with it for an extra $15 dollars. The material is awful and breaks very easily and their dresses are so overpriced. They wrote their store location in as some address in California. That was also a lie. If you search the address, it is some random hardware store. They are based in China and the cost to return the dress is almost as much as it costs. I am forced to keep a flimsy dress that doesn't fit me. This is a scam!

I ordered a prom dress. It arrived with a hole in it. They make you jump through multiple hoops for the refund process. I returned the dress and they were supposed to send me a replacement, instead they charged my credit card again. I canceled the order and they shipped it anyway. I am still out $196.41 plus over $100 in shipping fees to return it again. I have filed a legal complaint but STAY AWAY from this website. Also, they say they are in the US and they are not, the dresses come from China.

I received the dress on 3/24 and it didn't fit. I sent an email the same day asking for the return instructions and received an email apologizing but no returning instructions. After emailing them 5 times, they stop responding. Also, the phone number that shows on their website doesn't work. THIS IS TOTALLY A SCAM! This company is impossible to work with. We were supposed to receive our three dresses We ordered in 6 to 10 business days, and instead it took almost 6 weeks. Luckily we had ordered early enough that that wasn't going to be a problem. The dresses are in fact very beautiful. Two of them did not fit right so I attempted to start a return. It took them days to respond to me and when they did, they would offer me a refund of 10% of the purchase price and to just keep the items instead of shipping back. I obviously wanted to ship back to get a full refund. They said that we were in charge of shipping, and I didn't think much of that. I finally got them to send me the address to send the return to, ans my husband went to ship the items today. It will cost over $500 to ship these two dresses back to China. So now I'm stuck with these two dresses, a loss of about $350 and a lot of wasted time on my hands. This has been one of the most infuriating processes I have gone through.

Answer: You can technically get a hold of them via the live chat but they are super unhelpful and slow. Terrible customer service.
