Poor customer service, don't trust the site reviews

I ordered a dress and underskirt, first I never received a confirmation email so I had to contact them for one. When they arrived they did not fit so I tried returning them. The person, Polly, who helped me just told me to follow their return policy on their website, but it does not give a return mailing address anywhere. I was told to mail it to the return address listed on the printed sales slip that came with the dress. I did exactly that, my UPS tracking number says it was received, but no action on refunding me was taken. I understand it is their policy that I won't be reimbursed for shipping, but once I reached out after two weeks of hearing nothing, the customer service rep says they have not received it, and I should have contacted them in a timely manner for an address, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID. They even told me that I must have contacted a third party who misled me. They told me this in the SAME EMAIL CHAIN they had been using to communicate with me all along. I had no problem with the product other than it was three sizes too small, but I would have bought another size had this return process not been so terrible. The $95 (including the cost to ship back) is all the customer support they will ever get from me.

Company will scam you
December 6, 2022

I was scammed out of my refund on my dress, that I initiated within 24 hours. The customer service was terrible. I followed the return policy and they agreed to let me return the dress after receiving pictures, and then changed the return address on me after I had already spent $15 to return the dress. They REFUSED to help me. Would only offer a 20% refund, even though I returned the dress within 48 hours. I spent weeks trying to get my money back, and they just didn't care. It's a total scam of a company. Polly wouldn't even answer any of my questions and clearly didn't care about the consumer. I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

Total scam

Shipping times are way off. The dress I ordered for a specific date didn't ship until two weeks after I ordered the dress. Am certain it won't be here by the day of the event. Have reached out to customer service where I received vague bs responses.

I paid extra money (a lot) for shipping, because I need dress for special occasion. But of cause I got it 5 days later. I am not talking about get refund. They communicate be e-mail only, nobody answering the phone. Finally they offered me 10 % refund and keep the dress. They are lying about their refund policy. I won't recommend this company. NO.

I will never purchase from here again, I ordered on the 14th, I have requested a refund as I have yet to receive my item, the tracking number they provide is fraudulent. They are not in Australia. They are in CHINA. There website I purchased from said Australia, this is a lie. Polly there service representative is unhelpful and avoids my questions only to answer with crap and more lies. I have asked for contact numbers. Got nothing. I want a refund. Nothing. I asked for true tracking number. Nothing. I've called delivery companies she said had my parcel, FedEx Hermes, aramex all have nothing with the tracking number they provide. I Will be notifying the authorities of international trade and commerce. And reporting as from the reviews seems they have been doing this fir quite awhile. Reference number (ZAPAKAAU*******)

Have you noticed the tailoring time and shipping time under the "add to cart" button at the dress page (which you ordered).
The order total time = tailoring time + shipping time

Not worth it

I ordered twice from this website. First time I ordered 3 dresses. I received 2,1 that I had ordered the other was a random dress. When I emailed the customer service I was told to take it up with the freight company even though it was a packing issue when they picked my order? I thought I would give them a second chance and ordered 2 dresses. I was sent an email saying one was not in stock despite it saying in stock on the website and that it would be refunded. Refund was received. The other dress from that order just arrived. Is a very poor representation to the photo on the website. After twice bitten, don't bother.

I got 3 set of different dresses for different occasions from Zapaka. They arrived on time. The material was perfect because I do have a sensitive skin over all, the size was just right and I felt so beautiful in each.

This review is gonna be one of the worst that I have ever written. (My order number is ZAPAKAAU*******)
The fabric of the dress is really low quality, the colors are different from the picture, the fringe are light pink and the dress is champagne, and when I opened was already losing some fringes.
I already sent 2 email and one text on Whatsapp because I want to return the dress but no one has answered me yet.
This is really annoying and disappointing, I hope someone gonna answer to my emails ASAP, because I'll keep going to text them.
I added some pictures but it is difficult to demonstrate a bad quality of the fabric with a photo.
Do not order with this company, do not waste money and time.

Bought a Golden Gatsby dress, a pair of vintage styled women's heels, a feather headdress and some black gloves for a Great Gatsby party. I ordered on the 01 Sep from Sydney, Australia. My order got here today, the 04 Oct 2022. The party is in 2 days. This is ridiculous. It's an an Australian site but everything is shipped from Shanghai in China. Do not be fooled by this website.

The items are of good quality, but overpriced for what they are. I cannot believe how long it took to arrive.
