It's been a year since I got hooked on Zalora Phil. I have had bought numerous items that's of good quality may it be cheap or costly. The most expensive item I bought from Zalora is the ASICS sneakers where they gave me a discount though it was not included in their discounted promo that time which made me realize perhaps I've been a loyal customer hence I was given 10 percent off. The ASICS sneakers is really brand new and genuine. From Mango shirts and bags this brand is all authentic in Zalora unlike in Lazada where I bought a Mango sling bag a couple of years ago that's very disappointing. Delivery wise the items were always handled by the friendly and efficient 2go courier. Yes they are courteous and they make it a point to text or give me call when I have a package. Plus the 2go tracking system is also user friendly as in you can see in their tracking your package is out for delivery. For now, they changed their courier which is Airspeed.Its good but not as efficient as 2go. In Airspeed their tracking system makes no mention of your package is out for delivery however Airspeed also makes a call or SMS you before delivering your item. All my transactions are cash on delivery. One time I returned a K Swiss sneakers they gave me a refund via Credit Wallet that can be used in a year... still the actual amount of money I paid them. They did not charge me anything when I returned the K Swiss shoes. What I do not like with Zalora are their dress and shirt measurements for Women which are for SMALL sizes BUt still it is declared there that they have other sizes from Small to XL etc. Usually when we buy clothes we need to know the measurements of the different sizes because not all measurements for specific sizes are alike. Sometimes in other brand your bust size may be 44 inches which is XL but for other brands this can be a 2XL. At least we are aware of what to buy or not and if it will fit us perfectly. It is inconvenient returning an item especially when you live far from the courier's office. I do not buy pants and clothes without measurements mentioned in the details. I trust Zalora well but hopefully they could make an effort to post appropriate measurements for some brands without it.
Your rider delivered my items to my old address yesterday. I placed this order a couple of days ago and as soon as I placed the order and noticed that my address has not been changed, I edited it right away so that your team gets the new one. I even replied to the order confirmation to confirm that your team recognizes that I changed my address and you guys said yes.
I texted your rider to coordinate with Zalora to get my new address simply because I do not feel comfortable giving my address to a stranger- not knowing if he's really from Zalora. It's not a hard task, he just needed to get my new address from whichever department. He said yes but today he called me again to get the new address which doesn't make sense because I already told him yesterday to coordinate with your team to get it... And then lo and behold I got shocked to hear your rider cursing me over and over ranting about how I constantly change my address when this is just the first time I ever changed it. Apparently, he forgot to hang up. I wasn't able to record the beginning because I do not have the intention to record our conversation but I was able to record most of it. Your employee is not a happy employee to be cursing a customer because of a simple matter. Clearly Cris Legazpi hates his job so much that he gets agitated over a customer not giving him a sensitive information he is requesting for.
The call got disconnected and he called me again. I told him that I heard everything but he was proud and did not apologize. The weird thing is he forgot to hang up again and I was able to record our conversation for the second time with him on the background cursing me even more.
Not sure if he did it intentionally because he never said "bye" on those calls he made to me but I have attached the recordings to the email I sent Divine (a supervisor from your customer service department) for your reference.
After all, you guys offered me a 20% freaking discount. What a joke!
I love their products and I got attracted by the quickness of the delivery. I've had about 5 delievered orders from Zalora and so far 3 of them had mistakes. The first one I wasn't notified that the package already left the warehouse. The second and third, they messed up the sizes. I ordered Small for all but I was given Large and Medium for 2 different items. I like that they're swift in delivery but honestly it doesn't compensate the carelessness of packaging the items. Instead of being hassle-free and effortless shopping, I had to go back time and again to return wrong items.
I love shopping in Zalora.Its trusted online shop.
I've been shopping with Zalora.com.ph for as long as I remember.
If you buy from their original brands and affiliate brands ie. Zalora, Zalora Basics, Mango, Something Borrowed, etc. (not individual marketplace/boutique owners), you will receive your item most likely the next day. The boutiques take longer but it's alright. If you ask for an update, they reply right away on working hours.
Payment is a breeze: I tried Cash-On-Delivery (COD), credit card and paypal and they all work well. Returns are also easy, just drop them off at your nearest accredited LBC or 2Go. I hope they continue their superb service and discounts. Kudos, Zalora! You make online shopping not stressful at all.

Fast and decent. I ordered a cheap item just to test the site (a bracelet) and chose to pay through COD. 1 week later (I'm from Laguna), I woke up when my phone rang. A guy from Zalora is calling to inform me that he was infront of my house! Got my order, paid the guy and everything went smoothly.
Packaging is in good condition with no noticeable scratches or damage.
I already recommended this site to my family and friends. The only downside I see is the lack of tech accessories and gadgets. Zalora mostly offer apparels, trinkets and small gadgets like watches, headphones, phone cover etc.
I recently tried to purchase an item but made a mistake. Sure enough Zalora is fast at processing my order cancellation and within a week issued me a full refund!
I always have a good experience with Zalora.com.ph that is why online shopping with them is a breeze. The packaging is impressive and delivery is really fast.
Buyers beware though, please do not shop at LAZADA.COM.PH. The products that they are selling sucks, especially cellphones. There are many horror stories about this website. I will never again do online shopping with Lazada.com.ph.
