Fast delivery

Very fast delivery, in Less than a week my Birks arrived. Like 5 days of waiting time. But i doubted at the first glance because the Printed mark of Birks was not that clear but its fine. Complete and authentic.

Un vans ko n binili COD nkaplastick lang kaya dumating sakin gusot at sia na ang box walang label na nakaikot sa sa butas ng sintasan. Nakakinis lang parang gamit na nakalabas pa un glue sa gilid hindi ko alam kung orig or fake. Pero di ko gusto ang product di maganda packaging at un shoes ay walanh etiketa na vans pati sticker sa loob wala.

This is my first time to order in zalora just to satisfy my curiosity if it is really an authentic brands and a good buy for a pricy items. So far so good, the dress fits me well and it has a good fabric material but after reading most of the negative comments here, I am hesitant now to order again.

Order sent was different, it was a very ugly old bag. I dont believe its a mistake, you have quality control before you pack the item. Youre a scam! Though you would return the money, the hassle that it will cost the buyer is not acceptable! Dont try buying here again!

Nike women shoes

I just found out na hindi pala authentic yung Nike shoes na nabili ko last 2 weeks. Nakaka dismaya lang kasi akala ko nakamura ako kasi SALE daw. Yun pala hindi orig. I do thorough research and as of checking yung description ng Fake ones ay parehas sa items na nabili ko sa Zalora. 2 pair pa naman ang binili ko. Akala ko all items they sell here are 100% authentic hindi pala. Very disappointed!

Sa zalora ako bumubili ng branded name apparel like fubu, havaianas, levis, hawk, jansport, ego, mick&marty, banana peel, world balance, crissa, hotkiss, aero, dyse one, nike... etc. Na mga branded name. 1stym ko mg order ng nike shoes, asang asa ako na 100% orig kasi ung nike socks na naorder ko b4, orig. Tpos ng marecev ko ang nike shoes kahapon lang, subra ako nadissapoint kasi parang class a lang sy, na mabibili mo sa cartimar! Isasauli ko tlga ito!.
Excuse lng ha, e compare ko kau sa lazada.
Ang lazada, pag 100% original products nila, nakalagay sa seller nila na, ung brand talaga ang seller. Gaya ng levis. Ex. Seller levis, at sa official store ka tlga nila pipili. 100% orig tlga, galing mismo ng mall o sa botique nila.
Just a little recomendation to zalora. For more better goof as top online seller nationwide..

This is my first time to order at zalora, and having read all the reviews, totoo nga ang kasabihan nasa huli ang pagsisisi I ordered 3 items last Sunday and it was delivered Wednesday but when I opened the package I noticed its not authentic. I ordered 1 shirt, 1 blouse and 1 culottes but the tela of the shirt is so manipis and same with the blouse. Ok na sana yung culottes it looks original but may defect naman! The garter is twisted Hindi pantay ang Pagkakatahi. And I agree sa mga reviews na nabasa ko dito, i discovered that the brand that I bought comes from another brand and there's a living proof, naka attached pa yung receipt na sa ibang brand nanggaling. I'm traumatized. I'll never ever order again from zalora!

On Dec 13, the status was tagged as "Shipped" and the arrival date was supposed to be Dec 14-18. As of this writing, it's Dec 23 and nothing arrived. It's still "Shipped" No one is working to deliver the orders, just so lazy for them to work like a turtle when it's Christmas and people are buying gifts but they don't make any effort to deliver on time. I called their hotline but it's useless because the rep doesn't know the real status, they are just there to report and document. I don't think it will arrive because it's already a Holiday! Unfortunately, it's a gift for Christmas Eve and Zalora just ruined my plan. I created 2 tickets already with no response at all. I am not sure if I will buy from them again... you disappointed me Zalora! I expected them to be as reliable and responsive as Lazada but I guess I'm wrong. I hope there is a way to send complaints to their office and not just review.

Hi zalora,, my past experience in zalora online shopping is great until my last purchase. I purchased a CATERPILLAR boots (BCAT-10 BLACK) with order number ******* for 4,599 pesos. It is twice the price of a Gibson boots so I was expecting a boots that is way better than that of a gibson product. Unfortunately the Gibson product is much much better thatn this item that was delivered. I was not home when it was delivered so, It was not me who received the item. When I came home, I was so happy to inspect it but then I was very disappointed because it is not an original CATERPILLAR product. The description of the boots in zalora has a steel toe but the item that was delivered has no steel toe, so I am really convice that it is a fake CATERPILLAR boots. At first, I think that zalora is selling only authentic product but now I think otherwise.

ZALORA Philippines misleads their customers with their scam promotion. Lure potential customers so they can earn website traffic. Mislead potential customers by naming their product to a different product. Sending you a product that is totally different from what you ordered and ZALORA hoping that customer will not complain about it at all. Then just simply tell you that the product you want is now out of stock. Offering a refund using their Wallet credit feature even when the customer did not request it at all. Cost their customers time, effort and inconvenience as well as emotional stress and disappointment.

My experience with Zalora so far has been great. I ordered two items (a watch and a bag) and they arrived way earlier than the expected date. Thumbs up to Zalora for exceeding expectations! The quality of the products I ordered are great as well. Although there was a bit of a problem when it came to delivery since they couldn't find my residence (it was on my part since my residence is quite hard to find) but nevertheless they contacted me about the problem and was able to solve it in a day. I'm looking forward on my future shoppings with Zalora!

The customer service offered by Zalora is ridiculous. I was offered a birthday discount. When I tried to use it, it said that the discount had already been used which was impossible because I haven't made any purchases since my birthday. Then I was asked to call +65 ******* but when I did it said that the line was done for upgrading and to call back tmrw. Meanwhile the items that I wanted to buy and were sitting in my shopping bag have disappeared, apparently the Closet dress I wanted is sold out. It was there last night then disappeared when I wanted to check out and then reappeared this morning. And now has disappeared again. What's going on? I've written to customer service but by the time they respond, I'm sure other sale items would be sold out. Is this a ruse to get people to shop, entice them with false discounts / promos and they finally end up paying full prices? Terribly unethical. So disappointed. Shame on you Zalora.

Its been a week and there's no status change on my order. I messaged them thrice now bec I got a text saying there is a delay but cannot confirm time frame. I chatted the customer service thing which by the way is totally clueless on whats going on. Its a bad site to order esp when you rely on the time frame they promise.

Purchased a couple of products last Dec2016 from Zalora. I decided to shop from them since I wanted to avoid the Christmas rush. Little did I know, I'll experience more hassle with buying from them than buying from the mall. Anyways, I got 4/6 items the next day after I checked it out. Lo and behold, just 1 item is in good condition out of the 4 they sent me. After 2 days, I received the other 2. It's a good thing that they got the size of the underwear I ordered correctly. I'd love to attach pics of the garbage they sent me. I ordered a pair of black ballet flats, but they gave me the wrong color and wrong design, it also smelled funny. The ballet flats also came with a very tattered eco bag (wth?!). I also ordered another pair of gold flats, when I opened the box, their soles were detached. The drip sandals that I got for my boyfriend is also wrong (the right sandal is size 11 while the left one is size12). I couldn't reach anyone from the cs dept. The only thing they were able to replace right was the drip sandals. I lost my patience trying to reach them. I messaged Tokyo Shoe Club - the vendor of the black ballet flats, but they didn't help me with the issue. I got tired that's why I just moved on. I will never order from zalora ever again. Their photos are deceiving. Patronize ig shops more than this overrated ecomm website who sells crap-quality products.

Look here i dont hate zalora infact i have been ordering to them for quite along time, i have ordered bags and other stuff. They were all ORIGINAL. Yeah i know between a original bag from fake. So to make story short, i ordered a Mango bag, damn ive been buying mango bags from boutique and im damn sure how original bag looks and feels. So what they sent is fake a, it was poorly glued, the leather is starting to peel, the supposed to be metals are plastic and the actual metal inside are starting to rust. The tag or the logo inside is damn i dont even have a word to describe it. I contacted their costumer service all the sent me was, they will get back to me, but nothing ever came. This is so disappointing coz i trusted the company. Never gonna order again

They got my order wrong and they said they still have the correct item with them. So i said i still wanted it. It took a few days before informing me that the item is out of stock! The refunded my money via wallet. It meant that i needed to order another item from them. When i tried to order a new item, i was asked to pay for shipping! Just wow! It was them who got my order wrong, why did they have to charge me for shipping? They gave me a big headache that i didnt deserve. And all through out this transaction, they never, not even once apologized. At all. I will never patronize zalora again. Customer service sucks!

To cut it short, bought a pair of shorts that can be used for swimming and the sizing was about 3 sizes off. Unbelievably waaayyyy off! I was slightly smaller than they're model and I got 2 sizes larger than hers. But it was still tight on me! It was eating into my skin in minutes! Since they're under the category of "swimwear", they cannot be exchanged for hygiene purposes. They're shorts! Not a bathing suit! The company who owned the item was willing to have it exchanged, but only through Zalora. Tried, but no luck. Never again! What a waste of time and money just for a pointless policy!
