I asked for a refund on my item, they said they issued it. It has been 2 months and that money is not back in my account. The customer service is disgusting and in no way helpful whatsoever.
The quality of the clothes are very bad and completely different from what portrayed in the pics. When asked for the refund, they are not even responding. Money got wasted!

I had very pleasant experiences with shopping from zaful. I only bought fall and winter clothes from them and i'm really Satisfied with the material and quality of the clothes i got. The reviews on the products are real and I usually depend on them when I decide to buy smth. I also experienced a couple of problems with things i got but the customer service were very helpful as they offered me full refund or exchange of the items, they usually respond very quickly comparing to other shopping websites.Overall the quality and material are amazing comparing to their cheap prices, great customer service and shipping is usually fast. I really recommend it!
Zaful is my go-to place to order swimsuits from. The pricing is super reasonable and the bathing suits are always so cute and trendy. They also have great customer service in the event that they don't fit. Not only does Zaful have really cute swimwear, they also have great cover ups and cute clothing. The delivery time has also become much faster than it used to be which is just another added perk.
This is my first time shopping on ZAFUL, and I was sceptical at the beginning. I've been eyeing some of the items for awhile, and I've finally decided to order something.
I bought two bikinis and I'm in love with them. It's excellent quality for the price, I'm very satisfied with the products. Shipping was fast and it was packaged safe and secure. I'm usually the size S and the Zafuls size S fits me. I highly recommend ZAFUL.
It took a little while for me to receive my package, but when I did I was super excited. All my products looked exactly as they were pictured which came to a surprise. I ordered a fuzzy jacket which cake with the inside seam ripped. I ordered it in a Xl when I am a small (5'8) due to the reviews saying it runs small. The Xl fit me perfectly, but the arms are a little short. I also ordered a sweater and the neck was super tight I could barley fit my head in it. Other than that I loved the items and the customer service was great and reimbursed me for the jacket which is still wearable.
I like shopping at zaful because it's very convenient, but also because they have really unique clothes, I mean, with a good design and for a modest price. I don't find that type of clothes in any store here at lima. The only things I don't like is that the fabrics often are a lot Thinner than expected and that shipping can take Weeks
First of all I have found ZAFUL not very long time ago and I was amazed by its' products. One of them is a cute, fluffy and very warm jacket. In fact I am wearing it right now :))
When I ordered it, I thought it will arrive not in a shape as it was shown in the pictures, but I was really suprised by its' quality and it fits perfectly! It looks exactly the same, even better in front of my eyes. Honestly I am recomending ZAFUL for everyone who is looking forward of buying clothes online, I'm going to buy more of the ZAFUL's products in the future :)
Its been 3 months and i still havent gotten my products nor a refund. Worst yet is i purchased their shipping insurance like an idiot. Good luck

Zaful is my fav online shopping website because I can create the coolest looks ever! Here I wanna rate the coolest kimono ever, the color is so bright and the material soft, fits to so many looks, elegant or casual, as a jacket or as a bomber, it s so cozy and comfy and the same time. The size fits perfect any measurement because the of the model. Love it!

I ordered several articles from the site zaful, I ordered 7 earrings of different colors and I find beautiful, very good quality and very beautiful litters.
I also ordered the little bag which is really beautiful.
And finally I ordered brushes that are sublime too and a lot of small bag for the organization of the clothes in the bag.
Basically I'm not disappointed with my order and it remains my own opinion.
I am a new buyer on zaful and I am extremely happy with with the service they provided. Not only did my order arrive within 10 days to South Africa the quality was amazing and true to size as well. Finding Zaful is like finding a gem. My eyes twinkle whenever I browse their wide collection of clothing. I recently ordered a striped high waisted pants and a crop top. The delivery is really fast not to mention free (thanks to the coupons). The items look exactly like in the picture which you can't really expect from the other online shops. When my friends saw it they were all asking where I bought it, so I recommend them to also try out zaful.
I ordered a swim suit, cover up, shorts, and a two piece outfit and each item was great quality and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. I was surprised with how great the quality of the material was and how comfortable everything was considering everything was fairly cheap. I absolutely loved and wear everything I got from Zaful and plan to order again soon!
