I was worried about delivery after reading reviews. With my order number customer service sent a nice note with a tracking number. Everything came, 13 day delivery to the US.
The clothing is what you would expect for the price. It's the quality of something you would buy at Forever 21. Everything ran small! I'd suggest look at the cut of the clothing and order at least one size up, two if narrow looking.
There are two items I would return if it was easy. There is no packing slip came or anything indicating how to return items. My guess is the package came from Asia. Probably cost more to return than I paid.
Would I order from them again? Probably, a few of the things are super cute and cheap enough to take the risk!
This company is horrible. They don't sell the clothing pictured, and when you write to complain about it, you're faced with the absolute worst customer service in existence. I ordered a blouse and a wraparound top. Both items were not even close to the images pictured, despite triple checking sizing. The blouse pictured as a v neck, doesn't actually even close in the front (and i can't imagine why anyone would order a shirt that covers neither their chest nor belly button). The wrap top was pictured as a tight fitting piece, and what arrived was baggy, horrible and incredibly unflattering, despite ordering the smallest size available. And their customer service department closed my complaint TWICE without resolving it, and asked me for a long series of obscure pictures to prove that what they sent was "sized incorrectly." Total f-ing nightmare. Additionally, the 3rd item I ordered NEVER ARRIVED.
**Update - I filed a claim through paypal, which did a claims investigation, and refunded my entire purchase cost. Even Paypal thinks they're in the wrong here. Avoid at all costs.
Well I didn't get the kimono I ordered on the 4th of August, after sending many emails to them they just tell me to submit a ticket number which I did with no results, it's a nice little earner for them it seem, so NEVER again will I order anything with a China address, lesson learned. Zaful yes it is awful.

I ordered two things from this site. They arrived in a reasonable time. The one was not to my liking, but that is kind of the price you pay for buying online. The other item arrived torn. I contacted customer service to which they actually advised I try to sew it myself. Umm no thanks. I insisted on a refund. After much back and for, they told me specific instructions for sending back the package. I did just that and the shipping was more than I paid for the original item. After of month of hearing nothing, I contacted them to which they informed me they would only refund the price of the item. The item being defective was completely out of my control, but apparently there are no repercussions for selling a faulty item. Definitely don't purchase from here! I do a lot of online shopping, but this is the worst experience by far. Buyers beware.

Yes i recieved my order today i had trouble tracking the order it turned out our post (post nl) usses a different number. Anyway i ordered 4 items en only got 3? Maybe 1 is still coming. Now the items the are Nice a bit different from the picture butt still Nice. Unfortunally they are abit to small, i am european size 38/40 so i ordered size L... Guy's i have boobs en they don't fit: ( they are normal C cup) would size XL fit or also be to small?

My package took 18 days to arrive in Italy with free shipping! I got some really cute sunglasses, perfect for summer, and a tank crop top. The material is really good! Thick and stretchy :)
This site disgusts me to no end. They take designs from small businesses and pirate them as cheap knockoffs. Even worse is most of the photos on their site are stolen as well. Don't buy from them unless you are okay with supporting the theft of intellectual property.

I have made multiple purchases and I am absolutely happy with each one! I have not had any problems with shipping or with the size or any of that! I will say though, I read some reviews before making my first purchase and so I selected the 'expedited shipping' (which is always discounted and ended up costing less than regular shipping!) and I READ the size chart and size conversions for each item I purchase! I know some people are writing negative reviews regarding quality and shipping etc... but seriously people?!?! You aren't going to get a white house black market quality dress if you are only paying $10! What you get for the price is brilliant! I get SO many compliments every time I wear any of the items I have from them! If you pay attention to the sizing charts and select expedited shipping - then I would definitely suggest giving them a try!
I placed an order with Zaful. I didn't know the company at all, but the clothes sure did look cute. The fact that I could order via PayPal was the only reason I took a chance in the first place. After placing the order, I Googled Zaful, and oh my goodness, the avalanche of incredibly negative reviews was overwhelming. Within minutes, I was on the phone with PayPal who assured me they had my back and they did. BUT I do also want to give credit to Zaful customer service because I sent them a FB message to which they responded promptly, professionally and politely. They were very understanding and accommodating. They refunded my money right then, right there. They acknowledged that they were very aware of all their negative reviews and it appears that they are very much going to correct that. So, while I do think all the reviews reporting poor quality were probably accurate, I do want to say that the customer service I received from Zaful was excellent as was the assist I got from PayPal.
This is my first time buying from the site and I am very disappointed. I have to return almost everything I bought because it did not match the picture or color. These clothes are cheap and flimsy... do not be fooled by the photos and low prices, they are horrible. The low effort and care of these items make it seem they are just mass made from a sweatshop. I'm confused as how they have all these models for each clothing item... I feel like they just stole these photos and tried to replicate the clothing pieces (it might be their own, but I'm just saying this in light of how inaccurate everything is). Shipping was slow even though I got expedited shipping. My order came in separately, one way later than the other. I also had a missing item which I just refunded (and am still waiting for a refund on...)
Anyway, I highly recommend not buying from this company. I found it on pinterest and thought it would be a good idea. I don't even know if they will let me get a refund... they make it all very complicated and you have to be VERY persistent...

I liked this site at the beginning but now not worth it. Cheap knock off clothes.
The quality of the clothes is great, and the clothes look just like the website shows. The clothes are true to size. It takes a while to ship but with that in mind, it is worth waiting for your clothes! Overall love this site and will order from them again in the future.
