I only received 2 of the 9 items I purchase from Zaful over 5 weeks ago. I'm doubtful the items will ever be delivered.
When following up on the order and asking for a refund, the support site never works.

It's not worthwhile, do not purchase anything from this site!

DONT DO IT!

I ordered before I read the reviews. The first part of order came fast enough... clothes were ok, though arms were small, the rest of order which was the most expensive came a month later and the dress had a hole in it and it was a size large as I ordered but I couldn't even get over my head and it was only 14" across the bust or 28" around, I am a size 10. What women is size 28" at the bust? So try to return it and they become invisible,... Ivan? Emails me and says email me at an address and nothing, not a word when I do... went to Paypal to try to get restitution still on hold... Zaful emails apologizes and says email them back with problem and pics, so I do and what do you know, mailer-daemon failure cant be received! Don't risk it!

The only things this company seems to do well is copy and past Free People's design and models into their own website AND copy and paste insincere apologies into the many feedback forums online and in paypal disputes. They also are FABULOUS at stealing your money and not delivering the order... Filed a PAYPAL dispute, an IC3 Internet Fraud claim and a dispute with my credit card company... I believe they just try to steal from EVERYONE- the odds are in their favor as many people don't go to the lengths I did to get my money back. Best word of advise... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY

Very bad

I got an email over a week ago telling me that it has been shipped. I ordered it a month ago! Customer service is just plain weird. Wtf? A ticket? Why not just reply to the flipping email? And the link to the parcel tracking is just bogus or is designed to not work! Not good business practice! Terrible!

I ordered 2 dresses from Zaful over 7 weeks ago and still have not received the items.
I followed up with Zaful at about 5 weeks after the order was placed and was advised that one of the items that I had already been waiting 5 weeks for was not in stock and had not even been shipped yet! Poor communication and customer service. Zaful agreed to refund this item- I am still waiting for the refund.
The second item has yet to arrive (I am not holding my breath) and I have been unable to leave a further query on their page as the 'verification code' does not work.
I have read other reviews to the same effect. I have never left negative feedback on any site, however without being able to contact the company directly to resolve this I felt the need to give others the heads up before they purchase from this site.

It's been seven weeks since I placed my order, and Zaful have advised me to 'be patient' until my package arrives. They advised on their site that the usual maximum shipping time to Australia is 25 business days - I'm over 30 business days now. I'm getting the awful feeling that this whole experience is just a scam. Sadly, before I realised I also put a second order in, which also hasn't arrived. I guess if it seems too good to be true, then it usually is. Hopefully I can get a refund through Paypal?

Customer service, when they do get back to you, are NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. They had the audacity to tell me that it was MY fault that my order hasn't arrived (OVER A MONTH after it was "shipped") and that I "need to be more patient." REALLY?

Their website has FALSE INFORMATION saying that flat rate shipping will take 8-10 business days. The person on their chat customer service said it could take up to 60 days because of reasons out of their control. UM, EXCUSE ME? WHY then does the website say 8-15? Just awful. I am AMAZED by how completely terrible this company is.

I had been trying for a long time to return my order as the items did not fit (not to mention poor quality).

I had been trying without success to login as I had forgotten my login and there was no option to resend the information. I attempted to contact the live help but they were always off line when I needed them.

When I finally got through to the live help I managed to submit a message to their customer service. After a couple weeks they finally replied that I could not return the items as it was past the return date.

I recommend staying away from this site! If you want cheap but good clothes, shop at ASOS.

If you are an actual buyer from this company they won't have what you want. They'll let you buy clothes. But if you email them to see how everything is going they'll end up telling you something is in quality checking and you have to buy something else. And won't let you buy what you wanted in the first place. So they don't give you the refund automatically or in a reasonable time. I am still having to wait 7-14 days for this to happen. The item I did receive wasn't a white sweater. It was this pale yellow thing. The bag didn't have Zaful's name on it. So how was I to know it was from them.
ALL in ALL if you want your money to get you actual clothes buy somewhere that doesn't offer such a wide variety of too good to be true clothes. Because you'll end up paying for a picture.
I'm forced to enter my order ID but I now this doesn't do anything. They offer empty apologies and keep collecting payments.

Bough a dress and still waiting for it, I paid through Paypal so I place a complaint through Paypal, and Zaful answered that I need to wait for 3 month because their excuse is that my package is unregistered mail. Zaful never gave me an option of registered mail! Ladies do not buy from them, Be Aware!

THE WORST SCAM OF A COMPANY EVER. I had to hassle them for answers on my shipment for the past 10 days. I even chose expedited shipping. They told me after I investigated and KEPT ASKING after reading the reviews if all my stuff will come at once and they said no, four items weren't in stock. I would have never known until my shipment arrived if it ever even did. Nobody informed me, I had to keep trying to live chat since you cant call or get a hold of anyone. SO AWFUL. I absolutely HATE this website. Worst customer service, such a SCAM. I am turning them in to better business bureau. NOBODY ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I cant stress that enough and don't know how they haven't been shut down. I have had to pull teeth just to cancel my order and it STILL IS NOT CANCELED and don't have my money back after two days of this. They have wasted my time and its been beyond complicated. They even asked me to send a photo of my credit card and ID! This happened 6 days after I had to live chat to figure out why it still said processing and my things haven't shipped. I had already paid! THIS IS THE WORST SITE, DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I STILL NEED MY MONEY BACK!

The next day, I received a pleasant email from customer service indicating a complete refund to my paypal account and that if the dress arrived, I could just consider it a gift from them.

I don't know why people are not happy with this company. I have placed about 4 orders and this is how it works:
You get discounts from points you can accumulate by sending pics or adding a review so it is easy and saves you a few dollars on your next order, I wish other companies would do that. They ship DHL Express for free so on all my orders I have always received one part of it one week later. The balance takes about 3 weeks and is still shipped DHL express so you get them about 3 days after getting the email for shipping info (in Quebec Canada).
I have had problems with 2 garments: on one the size was smaller from the website by about 3 cm so I sent a pic with a tape and got a full refund in points and could keep the dress! For another one, what I received was totally different from the picture and I got a full refund on my Paypal account and I could keep the shirt also. I made a couple of friends happy!
They reply within 24 hours (except on WE) when you open a ticket.
All the clothes I received were as pictured and I am totally satisfied. For the price, I am at ease to wait 3 weeks! I have ordered tops and dresses with embroidery and it is very well done. Beware of the sizing which may be different for each piece of clothes and size up. Length (bottom hem and sleeves) were also slightly shorter. The only thing I don't like is that you do not know for sure what you will receive first. I already ordered and received my XMass dress!

Half of my order was great. Cheaply made, sure, but what do you expect for a $10 dress? Cotton items are a-okay. The others, which were all made with some sort of bizarre polyester blend, are ill fitting and uncomfortable. The sizing on the website is absolutely not true. If you ask for a refund for incorrect sizing, they make YOU pay the shipping to return the items. In most cases, the shipping cost is as high as or higher than the cost of the items. Poor customer service. Do not recommend unless you are willing the bite the bullet and keep only half of what you buy.

I ordered 5 dresses on Sept. 1st. They shipped them out on Sept. 2nd. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. It is from China, so understandable... BUT...

The quality was cheap and thin. One wasn't even like the one the model was wearing in the photo. It was a similar style, not really, but like I said CHEAP and $#*!TY quality. That is SNEAKY and FALSE advertising! I did like a few dresses tho, but again... not the quality I expected from the pictures they advertise.
BUT THEN...

I WAS MISSING A DRESS! I contacted them and they replied that they had sent it seperately and it was shipped out on the 4th and to expect it in 10-25 days... WTF?!? Why would they do that? Are they stupid?! Trying to save on some shipping cost or something? And they didnt even inform me that they did this till I asked where the F is my dress?

I would like to mention I paid for tracking and insurance for these orders...
The tracking service they sent in the confirmations emails didnt even work... I received the working ones only after I asked about my orders...

ANYWAYS its been 25 days and I am still going where the $#*! is my dress? And they respond... it may take 45-60 DAYS...
$#*!!

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL.COM

SUMMARY: Cheap rip off clothing store from China = terrible shipping times, lack of helpful customer service, and $#*!ty quality.

UPDATE!
It is now Nov. 8th. It has been 2 MONTHS! I still have no dress, no contact, and no money back. Again... $#*!ty site, $#*!ty quality, and most of all the $#*!tiest service!

Zaful Buyer beware

Just like to put out a warning for anyone sucked in as I was by beautiful photos of what look like quality garments... let me tell you they are not. I fell for the great photos popping up on screen and put through an order for 3 items 2 arrived and they were not true to quoted sizes, cheap material and poorly made. When I contacted them to find out where the third item was they told me that it was in a separate package and that I should wait a couple more weeks, so I did and nothing... I contact them again and they say "package delivered perhaps look around your house or ask your neighbours"? What kind of idiot do they think I am... beware if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. Just another of the cheap quality bad service online scams from china rubbish. Save your money and buy Australian or at least from our shops...

$15 for sequins and undoubtedly feeling glamorous?! Yes please!

The dress I ordered was described as a "black and gold sequin dress."

The dress that arrived, in short, a cheap version of what was pictured. Instead of gold (pretty gold, closer to pink gold in color) sequins, ugly, yellow gold, shiny cheap fabric! Umm where are the sequins I was promised?!
Did they fall off en route to my front door step? Zaful.com... your clothes are ZAWFUL!
