Just a quick update, I knew within a day I have been ripped off, so I instigated a PayPal Claim straight away, thus getting my money back within 5 days. I ordered items for my daughters birthday and at no stage did they state out of stock, it was until a day later I emailed them asking could they dispatch the dresses earlier due to her birthday when they replied 24 hours later, they told me Sorry no Stock, you can exchange, but could not tell me what was in stock to exchange. It wasn't until I sent email after email to them stating I was lodging a Paypal dispute that they responded and trying to get through on the phones. So buyers beware, at least paying via PayPal you have buyer protection. Never again will I be so silly to order things without reviewing a company First.!
What I saw on the site & What received were totally different and they looked like kids dresses, sizes were so off, non of them fit & worse can't find any info for return nor exchange. DO NOT ORDER from this site what a waste of money, junk cheap clothing that you can't wear.

Despite the horrible reviews I thought I'd take a chance anyway. You honestly have to order a few pieces to have a real opinion. I ordered about 7 pieces. Got two decent pieces out of the 7. Decent... Not good. Things you can wear around the house so that you haven't completely wasted your money.
The stitching is horrible. I mean bad. The material is cheap and absolutely ridiculous, but the two pieces I did find decent are cute combined with other things. You know, In this case you don't get what you pay for cause for $10 these days you can really get something pretty nice and well put together.
My honest advice is that you don't waste your money on this company. If you're in LA, just shop at Fashion Q. If not. Just take your chances with Amazon or eBay. I've done that and had great luck.

So I got 2 dresses, and paid EXTRA for the shipping so it would come earlier because I needed it in 7 days, so I paid for the 6-8 say shipping. But the day before I needed the dress I chatted with an employee who said I would not be getting it the next day because the shipping is standard 7-10 day shipping. After constantly going back and forth about how I paid extra and should get it earlier the person still kept saying it would be a 7-10 day shipping process. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN REFUND THE MONEY BECAUSE THEY SAID THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AND I SHOULD JUST TRUST THEM. WTF! I even tried their phone number and it was disconnected. So after 11 days I finally got my 2 dresses and they were crap. The brown dress with spaghetti straps and asymmetrical hem was too big and did not look well made (I even cracked up because it just looked too ridiculous) and the short white dress with embroidery on the neckline was see-through, made with cheap material, was super wrinkly, and was way too short. Their mannequins were probably oompa loompas because theirs no way that was going to fit a girl with an average small size.

All of the horrible reviews made me seriously consider ordering from this company, but I saw too many pieces I loved at an incredible price, and decided to give it a try. Well, my shirt arrived today and it is absolutely gorgeous. I am beyond thrilled.
My only complaint is that it took a long time to get it, but hey - the shipping was free. From China, no less. I will definitely order again!
My credit card stopped working after I placed an order. I cancelled the order but I had to get another credit card. Be careful. I would NOT trust this website. Does not even deserve one star

I ordered because I could use PayPal. I saw bad reviews and overlooked them and now I'm dumb because I did order from them. Items are made out of VERY cheap, see-through material. I wish I could give ZERO stars because it is that bad.

I had only half the items delivered. The 1/2 I received exemplified shoddy workmanship (snags, frayed hems, collar not finished, open not sewn seams). I filed a complaint on their online system & was told I had to pay to return the items. I asked about the missing items in my order & they claim they were back-ordered. I asked to cancel the back-ordered merchandise & to be paid back- they ignored me & cancelled my complaint. I filed a complaint with Paypal & they keep leaving responses that have nothing to do with a resolution (Paypal responds within a 30 day timetable-but I'm fed up). I do not want Z points. I want my cash back. They have no right to deny cash back if they cannot fill an order in a timely manner. Rude responses & run-around-Don't BUY! Now I'm filing a fraud case.

I bought a bikini at the beginning of August and I was told I will receive it in maxim 28 days.

I ordered a dress on 8/10... It is now 9/17. I was told that this item takes about 25 day to be delivered to the US by Fabia. I continued to wait, and now Fabia has said that the item is not considered lost until 60 days has passed and therefore cannot be issued a refund until after the 60 days has passed. I want my refund now! This is a rip-off and I do not plan to buy anything else. Sorry Fabia, but I don't want to wait longer just to get a refund. Your customer service is horrible.

I have been happy with Zaful's customer service. They responded to me quickly and made sure that they did what they could to make me happy. I think the clothes are really cute and what I have gotten so far is great quality and very pretty. The prices can't be beat. If you are willing to wait a bit for your order then this site is great. The products ship international and it usually takes a few weeks but the shipping is free. If you are willing to throw down a couple extra dollars it will ship faster.

This is how they get away with sending you whatever garbage they have lying around and not getting sued! Apparently the reason the clothes look COMPLETELY different then what they are advertising is because of " lighting, and the settings on your computer. How ridiculous!

I came across this site by a complete accident, I needed some last minute clothes for a music festival I was attending. Saw the kinds I wanted here and I was super skeptical to order, why? Because I know a similar site, Sammydress, which also sells super cheap clothes which look fab and I already had a bad experience with that site. However, I took that chance and chose the expedited shipping. The shipping was really fast, I chose the product which stated 'ships within 3 business days.' A beautiful lace crochet top and a pair of earrings including expediting shipping cost up to $23. Dirt cheap? YES! Fast shipping? OBVIOUSLY! Good quality? OMG YES!
